Customer Service was great! But the guys who load up the merchandise didn’t give my husband time to inspect the items and they made my husband sign a waiver stating that once the merch gets loaded the store they are no longer responsible or it’s non-returnable. So it stated to make sure to inspect items BEFORE they load it up. When we arrived at home the King Box Spring had 3 cracks on it before even placing it where it was meant to be. Very disappointing after wasting over $800. Didn’t last more than a month before most of it broke due not having properly stability. Had to replace with a new one shortly after. Do not recommend this place for box springs, they are cheaply made...

I was there a couple of weeks ago with my husband and honestly the employees need to work on their customer service. It seemed as if they were bothered by our presence when we were just trying to do business with them…they would also laugh and whisper behind our backs when we were looking at the furniture on our own. I will gladly go back and point out to the manager which employees were involved in this inappropriate behavior/treatment. I would never wish that type of treatment on anyone else! It was my first time furnishing a home and to save time went locally with Martinez. Very satisfied with the service and they had the items we wanted in stock and scheduled to be delivered next day. Even better yet the salesman Jesus was very helpful and professional, not the typical “pushy” salesman. He gave us options and let us browse at our own accord.
