Read moreThis Store GETS A NEGATIVE ZERO FROM US BUYER BEWARE!!! I visited the WESLEY Chapel Store On Paseo Drive yesterday with my Daughter,Aunt, and Niece. We were all looking for dresses for my daughters up coming Quinceañera . We walked in to browse as we Seen Hailey ((Store Rep) busy helping others. No welcome from this older lady which later in our visit got her name (Toni) Which approach me and said “ You have the mauve dress in the back correct? Without introducing herself. Then I explained to her I was wanting to change my deposit on that dress to additional dress for my daughter. She was very rude at saying now you can’t do this it has to be of same value as the dress you chose. ($900.00) I said I’m not buying a dress for myself for this amount with everything cancelling, and my daughter is my priority right now. With four of us there to purchase up to ($900.00 for several dresses 👗) Uncomfortable as we were already for her I could not let my daughter see or hear how Toni was speaking to me. She then left and we continued to work with Hailey.. While in the dressing room Toni came around the corner and eyed Hailey to come around the corner to converse about my acct which I followed and explained to her this is not professional. She can speak to me directly don’t force and employee to be the bad person. Hailey did remain calm and quiet during the disagreement when I told Toni to call the Manager in Site on May 30th (Cody) to let him know I was back and I wanted to change the $100.00 deposit to go towards the girls dresses 👗. As he said I could do this if my Partner did not like the dress. I was so appalled at the way a Manager spoke to me instead of finding a solution I felt pressured and like I was being pushed at keeping this dress I place a deposit on. I would have liked to have just enjoyed the store and given an explanation of how things are in the store. I was so uncomfortable Toni ( the manager)speaking to Hailey talking about me rudely we were ready to purchase Dama dresses for our court. Not to mention Hailey stayed professional. After only asking to transfer my deposit my daughters dress 👗 and running additional $100.00. They charged the complete amount which was $301. What if I did not have this amount really ??? Toni’s response oh we keep digging a bigger hole. We can not get you a refund until Tuesday. So forcefully I had to just purchase this dress 👗 A cocktail dress for $400.00 plus $$. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE.All in all it was a horrible experience and not at all what I was looking forward to spending time with my daughter for her Quinceañera Second Dress. I would advise if your a mother of a Quinceañera/ Bride don’t waste your time in this store. They do have a lot of dresses GO TO PALM HARBOR LOCATION WE REGRET NOT DRIVING 45 mins to THIS LOCATION. We previously purchase in Dec2019 at Palm Harbour Location. They just have no idea how to sell a dress we went somewhere else and treated right with half the dresses but so kind and found the perfect dresses. I got my wedding dress here (Wesley Chapel), it was a dress off the sales floor. The consultant promised me that the dress would look brand new when I went to pick it up, they would get it clean, remove any snags/stains and it would look like a brand new dress. I went to my initial fitting over a year later and the dress hadn’t been touched. They insisted that they cleaned it but the neck line and armpits still looked like someone bathed in self tanner before putting the dress on. There were still multiple stains and not one snag had been fixed. The material is crepe so it’s not a delicate material and there’s no beading or lace on the dress (only beading on the shoulders). Their excuse was that not all cleaning agents could be used due to the delicate fabric. After using that excuse, the associate comes back with carpet cleaner insisting to try to use it to remove the stains on the neck line of the dress. They couldn’t tell me who cleaned the dress (because nobody actually cleaned it) and I later found out they don’t even try to get it cleaned professionally, but someone in house spot cleans it. When they promised it to be clean we were under the impression that it would be done professionally or taken to a cleaner to clean it. When our concerns were brought up they told us the associate who sold us the dress no longer works there so they don’t know what she promised us, but they clearly are aware of employees making promises to clean dresses. Now I am 2 days away from leaving for my destination wedding and I am having to spend over $300 to get my dress professionally cleaned because it will need to be rushed. They offered to refund us $100 for the inconvenience, which seemed like a slap in the face after spending over $2,600 on a wedding dress and alterations. We reminded them that we have to go out of our way to get the dress cleaned ourselves and they came back with an offer of $200 refund. Not to mention they claim not to know how much alterations cost, but when you go in for an alterations consultation they do have a minimum alterations fee. They claim to be a high-end boutique but every other high-end boutique I’ve been to does not allow customers to rummage through the dress racks, they require gloves when putting on dresses, and don’t allow you to zip the dress up yourself. Nikki’s doesn’t care how you handle their dresses. I overheard a customer apologizing for not having a chance to change after a practice and the sales associate responded “oh it’s okay we have people come in after practice all the time”. What should’ve been one of the best experiences during wedding planning turned out to be the worst. I didn’t actually expect the dress to look brand new, but I would NEVER imagine a dress would actually be given to a customer in this condition, after profusely insisting it was cleaned. I would never...
Read moreI visited the WESLEY Chappel store yesterday with my mom and mother in law and My daughter. We were all looking for dresses for my daughters up coming wedding. We made a 11 and 12 appointments. We arrived and standing out front for them to open the store 7 mins late. No welcome and saying sorry for opening late. We were given one consultant and then they switched to another consultant and then having just some random older lady standing there observing in a creepy way and not talking. I finally asked what is it that your doing to learn it’s her first day and learning. A name given and an explanation would have been nice. Instead I felt pressured and like I was being watched. No time to just look at dresses and take it all as I admit they have a ton of dresses. I would have liked to have just enjoyed the store and given an explanation of how things are in the store. I picked a few and in no time they had me in the dressing room trying on size 22 dresses (I am a 12) and expecting me to get the concept of how it would look with one clip at times and other times she couldn’t find it and then rudely explaining well I just have to understand when it’s in my size will look better. I had a pretty good idea what I was wanting so I didn’t take long to decide I didn’t like it. I probably would not have gone out but no mirrors in the dressing room you have to parade out and stand in front looking horrible. I was so uncomfortable I could not wait to leave. My mom didn’t even bother trying dresses on for her appointment My daughter noticed the manager and consultant talking about me rudely. All in all it was a horrible experience and not at all what I was looking forward to spending time with my daughter for her wedding. I would advise if your a mother of a bride then don’t waste your time in this store. They do have a lot of dresses with just rude inexperienced service staff to help you. They just have no idea how to sell a dress we went somewhere else and treated right with half the dresses but so kind and found the perfect dress. Don’t bother...
