My now fiancé walked in Paul's looking for a custom engagement ring and we won the Jackpot! He wanted something unique and not like anything you can buy at other jewelers. Jess was So helpful in capturing his crazy idea and made it into reality. Paul's took their time to find the perfect stone my fiancé described as "Brewers Blue". Our favorite color is blue and we both love the Brewers so it felt like a good representation of our personalities. I couldn't be happier with the results and I know it's just perfect in his eyes. They were able to keep a good secret for a few months because I had also come into Paul's looking for a custom band, which I thought was super sweet.

I would recommend going to Paul's for any project, whether it be a repair or a rebuild. They do phenomenal work and their workshop is right underneath which is always a perk knowing the jewelry doesn't have to go far for transit.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED working with Vivian from Paul's Jewelers! Vivian was able to recommend and provide great options for my husband based on the type of ring he was looking for. I needed extra assistance to select a wedding band as my engagement ring had a unique cut. Vivian provided amazing recommendations, gave us a book to take home & look through for more ideas, and even allowed us to take a wedding band home to get a better feel for it before making our final decision. We selected a "ring guard" that provides a band on each side of my engagement ring, which ultimately holds it in place. I could not be happier with the results! I received a ring which had previously been owned by another individual. It looked as though it had already been resized in the past. I brought my ring to Paul's Jewelers to get it resized. Bryan was very kind and his expertise allowed me to now wear this ring as my own. He did a great job resizing it, and it was apparent from the time I started talking with him, that he knew exactly what he was doing. He made recommendations about what size would work the best and what he might need to do. He even had it done way before the date it was promised! This jewelry store is not intimidating, and I felt immediately comfortable as soon as I walked in.
