Customer service could be better at the print counter. I was there today and had to print something really quickly two of the machines were working and one of them have been down for weeks I believe. Anyway, I asked the lady at the counter if she could help me print something as I needed to make it to the post office before they closed. I had no idea how long it was going to take the two people ahead of me to print. She said they had a 2.50 minimum which is fine but I looked behind me nothing on the rack to help meet that 2.50 and everything was out of the price point of what I was willing to spend to get a single piece of paper printed. I was told the job would be complete in a few hours. When I showed up the GM caught an attitude with me, called the associate who originally I talked too, told him he was wrong and i over heard him tell him that I was going to have to wait. Last year I bought a laptop at Office Max and an employee set everything up on it for me- Office, Anti-virus, and Tech Support. Everything was good. This week I received two "thank you for your purchase" e-mails from Office Depot.com It turns of that the Anti-virus ($99.99) and the Unlimited Tech Support ($120.99) that were loaded onto my laptop were annual subscriptions rather than one-time purchases.
