There was an elderly couple who in their old age noticed that they were getting a lot more forgetful, so they decided to go to the doctor. The doctor told them that they should start writing things down so they don't forget. They went home and the old lady told her husband to get her a bowl of ice cream. "You might want to write it down," she said. The husband said, "No, I can remember that you want a bowl of ice cream." She then told her husband she wanted a bowl of ice cream with whipped cream. "Write it down," she told him, and again he said, "No, no, I can remember: you want a bowl of ice cream with whipped cream." I don't normally leave reviews for companies however today I would not feel a good person if I didn't leave a review. So I've been looking for a place to fill my little CO2 tanks I was told that they do not fill those you need a special adapter and I look very sad as you can imagine just another dead end I think it may be the owner a man with white hair and a white mustache reaffirmed that they do not normally do this but he was going to help me today now do not recommend going there to get it filled but he filled them for me and did not even charge me and I'm reiterating do not go there and expect this or think this will happen because they do not normally do this I just thought it was very kind of him and very outgoing. you don't see a lot of that these days. The experience at Jeff's was not only disheartening and disappointing but it ended up costing me $100. I was misinformed by an employee (on two separate occasions) which led to a purchase that would NOT have been made without the misleading information. When I stopped into the store to discuss the situation, I was told to contact the owner. I received delayed, short email responses and the owner did not take any responsibility or action to rectify the situation. He did admit when he spoke to the employee, they did not know the current policies. Furthermore, I never received an apology or the slight inclination that the owner cared I am out $100. I sent numerous emails and gave him ample opportunities to try and resolve this situation before this review. I feel a month of trying to get the business owner to take responsibility for what his employees tell customers should be sufficient. I would not recommend being a patron of...
