Sierra — Local services in West Bend

I spoke with Jason about a candle Jason told me "yes we have the candle when I arrived the candle was not what I spoke to Jason about Jason even took my name. I drove over thirty minutes to get to Sierra n west bend. The staff was very helpful but Jason has not returned my phone even tho he ask for my number and my name again. Jason offered 10% off an item which I declined I have called Jason every day for five days no return call yet Jason has poor customer services skills. When I call the phone just rings rings so I will never shop here again Jason can call me to discuss even tho he said he would call me back after he discuss this issues with the GM I have nothing but I will keep calling until somebody answers the phone I even called Brookfield Sierra 2c what the problem is with the phone I have not heard back very very poor store visit and I feel Jason should b fired this not a good...

This is a review for 5below. I didnt know how to change the store name. I like the new store.The onlyy problem was a lot of the products were either not priced or the price sticker on or below the product wasn't the right one. Otherwise, for the store being NEW, they sure had a lot product on the floor. Items that were on the shelf and fell off just piled up together like someone attempted to clean up. You have to know your prices. The same exact items I've seen at the Doller store were going for 3-5$ there. Other items are priced well. Go in and check it out. Lots to choose from....

Typically stay away from these type of story's. 4 some reason this 1 I really like. It's not really big, has nicer stuff. you don't have 2 spend alot of time going threw ugly crap 2 find something nice. List my favorite work jacket last month.
