Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in West Bend

Been to this one once before, right after moving to the area….soda tea and water tasted disgusting like it was dirty or something. The food was okay. Came back about three months from our first visit, hostess couldn’t tell me how long the wait was 30 mins to an hour she wasn’t sure, asked me if I wanted a booth or table and I said booth, but she then she said oh I can’t actually give you the preferred seat, I just have to ask….weird but when she finally seated us 30 mins later I saw a booth and said can I please have the booth she said oh no sorry that’s for a person who asked for a booth, I said I did and you told me it wasn’t possible, she said it’s not, and walked away…..Not sure if what that was about. My wife and I sat down, ordered queso, that was pretty okay, chips were a bit stale, then ordered wings and they were so dry like they were left under the heat lamp for hours! While I ordered the dry rub, the flavor was so salted down that I couldn’t tell if it had chipotle bbq seasoning at all! All I tasted was salt add that to dry chicken wings, like the chicken was so dry it tasted like a pate in some places and in other part of the wing was dry like jerky just over cooked and I’ll prepared at best. When wings are cooked they should be crispy but juicy… these were either old asf, or left out then reheated in the microwave maybe. Luckily ordered potato wedges and they were seasoned good and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, dipped in ranch or queso made them better! Water has improved, not sure if they cleaned their filtration system or what, but it tasted clean. It was crowded, which I knew it would be, the table set up is horrible. There is hardly room to push your chair back to get out or into it because the tables are so close together, seriously so close three separate tables could be mistaken for a party of 9 it’s crazy! I gave the service a 3 star because it was busy but the waitress was nice and someone came to check on us in between when she did. Food is honestly a 2 star because all in all it was mediocre at best! It’s Buffalo Wild Wings, so their wings should be on point and they aren’t at all! They get a 2 star on the food cause the queso was okay and the potato wedges were okay. 2 for atmosphere because I felt like I was a sardine with how closely packed they had the tables! All in all it was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Not the place...

My server, Molly, was so wonderful and very attentive and apologetic when the issues weren't her fault at all, but I was NOT happy dining there tonight! Sat for over an hour waiting for my food which was a whole 10 hot wings and onion rings. Kitchen was surely turning out take-out orders over their dine-in customers! I watched it happening with my very own eyes. Order after order going out the door. Spoke with the manager about my dissatisfaction & he said someone should have told me that it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait for food and he was very casual about it, telling me there was a football game on tonight. Annnnd? He offered a small discount on my bill, but I refused that as my food had just arrived right before he did. The point was that I was not informed that dine-in customers were second rate when a game is on and take-out orders were priority. Wth? So the problem is that the hosts never informed me of that 45 minute to 1 hour wait for food when seating me to start with! My lovely waitress, Molly, kept apologizing when it was clearly the kitchen and the uninforming hosts' fault that I wasn't getting my food timely. I felt bad for her and the other tables she was serving. She was probably being yelled at by other customers all night and I told her I understood that it wasn't her fault at all and I gave her a huge tip at the end of my meal cuz she kept checking in with me and made sure my soda was refilled as I waited so long. Get it together over there, please, cuz I eat there regularly and have never experienced anything like this there before tonight. I'll make sure to never visit there on a game night ever again after this one...geez. Oh and the stubby baby carrots tasted like plastic bag so please go back to the long, cut carrots, I'm begging you. P.S. Molly...

I'm highly disappointed with the experience I had. I went last week Thursday with my son after his taekwondo practice and arrived around 6:45 PM. We were seated within 10 minutes (reasonable timing considering they were somewhat busy) after being seated, we waited for nearly 15 minutes for our waitress to greet us. She apologized for the delay saying she was taking other orders and promised to get our drinks and food order immediately. We ordered 15 boneless wings, a large order of traditional, mozzarella sticks, a lemonade, and myself a beer. My son got his drink about 10 minutes later, keep in mind that it was now after 7:20 ish PM. After waiting some more our appetizer came out just before 730. During those times, the waitress didn't check in on us or give any update on the timing, until she quickly approached us and asked remind me again, what sauce did you want. I told her again along with the order and she quickly walked away. We continued to wait until I saw a couple get up and leave. We were seated several minutes before they were. We continued to wait until I realized how late it was getting. It was approaching 8 PM. We've been waiting for over am hour and we couldn't stay any longer because of my son's bed time approaching. I went to the hostess and explained the situation because I couldn't find the waitress. The hostess took my name and contact number and promised the manager would call me. It's now been 5 days and I'm still...
