Regards to red cup day today in west bend at opening. Employees should know the rules, read before an event. The emails starbucks are sending out states what holiday drinks are allowed, states as many holiday listed drinks as you buy is as many red cups you recieve. Also all social media, news outlets state which drinks are allowed, all holiday with a list, as many as you buy that's how many red cups you recieve. Starbucks even has commented on many starbucks post even the west bend area post on Facebook yesterday regarding this event, these rules. Regular hot chocolate is a holiday drink, is listed. Ordered 3 holiday listed drinks 2 coffee ones, 1 hot chocolate (they were cold, all watered down very dissapointed), she gives me 1 event red cup, I politely tell her I ordered 3 drinks, she states no it's 1 cup allowed only sorry, I explained what the email states, she became frustrated, hands me 1 more red cup, I then say again politely it's 3 she says hot chocolate is not allowed sorry, I said yes it is I can show you the email, please go read your rules, what's allowed, ask manager they should have that info also on hand, she then gets irratated, says it's only peppermint hot chocolate then, I said same thing again, saying hold on I will show her, why doesnt she have the list in front of her or trained on this before hand, she literally waits, was not going to give it to me, then gives me the 3rd red cup, I explain politely I'm following rules I can pull it up, show you. I felt like she was very irratated, thought I was lieing, she also does not know the rules of the event, from the start only giving 1 cup that is for 1 purchase. We purchase more cups to recieve more of the event red cups as the rules state that is allowed. I followed the rules of this event. This location lately is terrible the bakery, coffees are bad lately for weeks now, I will now start going across town. Thanks for a bad start to my morning. Please train your employees better or make sure they...
Read moreI was running early for an appointment and I had left the house without my travel mug with coffee. I was going to stop at a convenience store to get some when a Starbucks caught my eye, across the street from my actual destination. When I pulled into the drive-through, there were 4 cars ahead of me. I started looking at the menu board as soon as I reached it, not knowing what I even wanted. The order taker sounded happy and greeted me with a warm welcome. I asked for a moment to look at the board and she offered me time to decide and asked me to let her know when I was ready to order. I was surprised to see this location has more than just the biscuits, muffins, and other small snack items, there were breakfast items, and other type sandwiches available. Not finding what I wanted, I asked if they still offered the caramel macchiato and I was told they did. I placed an order for a large cup and I was asked if I wanted that to be hot or cold. My first thought was, I would be unable to drink the hot drink right away, and being it was already so cold outside, I might not enjoy the cold coffee as much as I would have liked. I ended up ordering one of each, to mix in with the other, solving the problem of too hot vs too cold. My order was repeated back to me and I was asked if I wanted anything else, before I was given my total and asked to pull up to the window. Again I was greeted and my total was given to me. I was given a card swipe machine to pay with and then I received both of my coffees. When I was handed my receipt, I was thanked for stopping and wished a nice rest of my day. This was a pleasant experience. There is nothing better than a delicious cup of coffee than patient, friendly, efficient accurate customer service. I got lucky and received both at this location. Next time I stop there, I'll need to check out a breakfast sandwich or their...
Read moreThis was the last chance I gave this Starbucks after repeatedly getting my orders wrong. Worst customer service ever. Called after receiving 2 incorrect drinks and the manager was attempting to gaslight me into thinking my drink was fine! It wasn't , she actually hung up on me very rudely! What a great ro model to her employees! So I drove to the store and went through the drive through, I got to the window and very politely explained what had happened and they argued and told me I had to leave the line pull around and come inside because they didn’t want there drive times to be off. So I then go inside and they all are staring at us, had to wait for someone to come over even though they were standing there talking about my sister and I as we watched. Not surprised they sent over an employee that had no clue what was happening so i then had to re explain it for the third time, how unprofessional. Then I was asked to show my bank statements and the Starbucks app because “people try to get free Starbucks all the time” implying I was doing that. I had no problem showing them I even showed pictures of the drinks showing the problems with time stamps! They still argued with me. I then brought up Starbucks policy’s and even showed them and I was told that the policy doesn’t exist! Weird didn’t know one store could change a huge company’s policy (they can’t). The employees at this store need a course on human decency, professionalism and customer service! If you want your orders correct may I suggest driving to the 18th Ave Starbucks where I’ve only ever had pleasant experiences as there employees, product and presentation is a much more professional, welcoming and better experience than the...
