To start, the girls in the salon were very kind but respectfully, the cut is awful. I took photos thinking I could post them because LOL girl what did you do to me?! I have random hair cut bluntly, instead of curtain bangs I have steps of stairs, and this just isn’t at all like the photo I showed you. I didn’t say anything during the time because you curled the hair so I couldn’t really tell the extent of what happened but it’s so bad. While I’m disappointed, there’s nothing to do but wait and let it grow. Oh well I guess.

Edit: Unexpectedly revived multiple text messages to my personal phone regarding this review, including the message left below. Just as you made comments towards my character, small business aren’t free from scrutiny. I’m not using the Google app otherwise I’d just post photos. I paid for the service, tipped 30%, and left. I tried to make the cut work for me, it doesn’t and I left a review, as others would do. I left a review that was earned -in my opinion.

The shop offered to rectify by offering to fix the cut and I appreciate that. I chose to deny your offer as I am unhappy with the cut in general.

Regardless of everything you shared, I did not receive what I wanted. I showed a photo of the exact cut I wanted, there’s no further clarification needed in my opinion but that’s just me. I did not receive a cut anywhere near representative of the photo I showed.

I understand that public criticism is difficult to receive and I sympathize with that but all the words and text you shared after just deflect that it was a bad cut.
