Burlington — Local services in Jefferson Township

I recently visited Burlington for the third time, hoping that the recurring issue with checkout wait times would have been addressed, as promised in numerous Google reviews. Unfortunately, the situation remains unchanged.

The wait times to check out are still excessively long, which makes the shopping experience frustrating and time-consuming. Despite assurances from the management that this problem would be resolved, there has been no noticeable improvement.

Additionally, the employees seem consistently unhappy and unmotivated. Their lack of enthusiasm and engagement is apparent, which further diminishes the overall shopping experience. It’s disheartening to see that the staff’s morale and customer service have not improved despite the ongoing feedback.

It's disappointing to witness the same issues persisting despite repeated promises of improvement. Burlington needs to take more effective measures to address these concerns and enhance the overall...

I love shopping at any Burlington because u save tons of money if u were to get the same clothes at the actual place of the brand... Now we have to talk about cashiers... Oh man this location is probably the worst in customer service... Not only do cashiers take their sweet ass time, they also come with an attitude problem... Now I get its been a long night but u dont have to be rude... I'm the nicest person u can meet but if ur going to be rude to me well there will be consequences... And why why is there always one single line open... When I can see 2 other girls just standing there doing nothing? And the line is quite long... They open one until some one complains... 2 lines will go faster than one guys... Also I have noticed no one is back at the changing rooms... Please make sure some one is there, a lot of youngsters are stealing and there's no cameras...

I love this Burlington. It always has a huge selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, toys, home items, etc. I always end up spending a lot of money here but you get so much for your money. I buy most of my kids clothes here because I can get brand name clothes (Nike, Jordan, etc) for cheap compared to other stores. I’ve gotten a ton of items for my house from here as well, from decorative items, wall decor, kitchenware, to bedding and throw rugs. The only negative thing that I would change about this location would be the long lines. The line is always extremely long and they never have enough cashiers. Sometimes I’m waiting in line for 20 minutes. It’s excessive. Other than that though I really love this store and come here all the time. I can’t wait...
