Pizza Nova - W 26th St — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I placed an order on the phone of a slice of pizza and a pizza puff the slice was extra small then I normally get it and the pizza puff was cold from the inside and as I was speaking to the “manager” he refused to give me his name because he “didn’t need to if he didn’t want to” he refused 5 times to give me his name! Therefore I told him he had too because I work at Rosati’s pizza and I know the conduct I as well worked as a manager at Alegrías Seafood and he had the nevre to tell me okay my name is “Hector what do you want, you have a complain” the fact that he was rude never received bad customer service like this so anyways I told him and he first said okay I’ll give you two slices for free next time you come I said okay and as I started to tell him about the pizza puff he said “just come back and get your money” if you work at a pizza place why don’t you go there why you come here”! First of all I can order from wherever I want he had no right to tell me that especially as a “manager” anyways I tell him I’ll be there soon. As I go back in he didn’t even wanna come to me when the cashier told him “Hector it’s for you” he just stood there like what happened to all the “”balls” you had over the phone my friend. So as I walked out i said don’t worry one day I’ll get ahold of Tony the boss of pizza nova. I never complain but once you disrespect to the max I’ll complain so therefore I’m from little village been living here for 9yrs and being a customer for 5yrs they just lost me as a customer due to Hector!✌🏻 May god bless you in life Hector with that attitude and rudeness you have someone worse then me will go off on you.🤷🏻‍♀️

As for the cashiers they’re rude my girl went inside to get the order as I waited in the car and she told me she had to wait to pay until the girl got off her phone if you’re there to work get off your phone and when I went back to give the order she gave me an attitude so I gave an attitude back.

OVERALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEW CASHIERS AND A MANAGER IS...

I have ordered from this place for years! Today was the first time I encountered an ignorant employee. Typically the ladies that answer the phone are very pleasant so I was truly surprised. I called because my pizza was burnt and not how I had specified (cheese and light sauce). The lady on the phone tells me that it didn’t state light sauce on their end, so I said ok regardless, it’s burnt. She proceeds to say “mam, I’m trying to help you there’s no need for sarcasm.” So, flabbergasted, I said “sarcasm!!?” How am I being sarcastic. She proceeds to say “im trying to help you (not sure how if that was her main response)” so I said “do you even know what sarcasm is??” She responds “do you?”.. at this point it’s like talking to the wall.. but she immediately proceeds to put me on hold without any warning. I get transferred to another lady who listens to what I say and also places me on hold without warning. Finally, I get transferred to a man who listens to me but disregards his employees behavior and says (in Spanish) ok so the problem is that the pizza is burnt?? So I said yes, and that your employee got defensive for no reason, talking about sarcasm?? Like what?? Idk maybe she was the cook??🤷🏽‍♀️ anyway, good food bad service! Do better. Worst service ever. Im not from around there and decided to stop for a slice of pizza. First off the girl was snoby. Second off I was next in line, along with another customer behind me and this girl still did someone elses refill. I dont care what you need, be polite and get in the back of the line. She should have told him the same thing. Third, after ordering the girl didnt even remember to give me my order. I stood there for a while waiting till she asked what I needed. I repeated my order and she handed me it. The slices are ready already by the way, so I should have gotten it when I ordered. Fourth, I had to wipe my own table down! It was so filthy, dried ketchup on there. I told her the table was dirty and she looked at me weird so I asked if she had something to clean it with. She handed me napkins, what am I suppose to do with napkins? The table was sticky. When she handed me the napkins I looked at her like really? She then said is that ok or do you need something else. I told her there is dried ketchup on it. She then handed me a wet cloth and I proceeded to wipe my table down. The trash was pilled on to the top. There was trash on the floor. Honestly not a good place to eat at all. Pizza had no flavor to it at all. Wish I would have looked up...
