My husband and I do not have enough good things to say about Phayes. My most complimented pieces I own are from Phayes. The pieces are always extremely well curated, unique, well-made, and beautiful. We love Heidi, she is incredible! This store is truly the only boutique in all of Chicago that we feel immediately comforted by when we walk in the doors. Aside from the fact that it is the only boutique where both my husband and I can simultaneously find an array of options (which is rare to have stylish items that meet both of our tastes) we always end up loving, Heidi is always so friendly, engaging, and helpful. I typically like to shop alone and without the help of store staff, but Heidi is truly the exception. She makes the experience great, and we have engaged in great conversation many times with other clientele in the store because she makes it such a welcoming place with flowing conversation. What a great experience! This shop offers unique designer clothes for women and men. There is quite a selection of different styles to fit anyone's tastes. I stopped by for a warehouse sale. When this business has a sale it is actually a sale. Expensive designer clothing at $20 or less. It was easy and guilt free to purchase a couple of bags of clothes. Also, I found men's belts that fit my style. I have been searching for belts for a LONG time, so finding two that fit my needs was thrilling.

Everyone that works here is friendly and super helpful. If you mention that you were looking at or need something, it magically appears.

A great little business to support. I wish I had something like this in my neighborhood.

I purchased two pieces from this boutique yesterday, and I'm so happy I found this store! The items on display are wonderful and all high quality. They are a little pricey, but I found pieces on the lower end of their price range that I'm incredibly happy with: a dress ($68) and a romper ($54). The staff are very accommodating and make the shopping experience very enjoyable. The shop itself is very lovely with bright pieces for all genders! My only complaint is the dressing-room curtains are a little difficult to fully close, and I wish they had some sort of latch or hook.
