04/30/20 Basically, just go to A&A gem store in Lexington, far better for multiple reasons. More store merchandise and good customer treatment exist at A&A.

Today:

Walked into the shop to just have a look around with my wife. Was turned away by an older woman working at register saying, "only two people limit in store" blaming COVID policy. Told us we needed to be wearing masks to come in the store "but this time is ok" so my wife stayed in the store while I went next door to Asian grocery to walk around and kill time. While she was in the store, the older woman allowed another female to enter the store and talk/shop. My wife decided not to buy anything because of poor treatment (and poor selection) My advice: don't open the store if you aren't prepared to deal with customers. When you stop people coming in the door with poor behavior and rules, you tighten their wallets up and prevent them from purchasing. Your store will not stay open if you don't change your cashier. I don't care if it's your wife or your mother or family member - Do your store a favor and get a college student or young energetic person to sell those items. You can't sell rocks and stones through...

Had a beautiful collection inside. We ended up spending like $40 there because of how greatly attractive it all was. Got a couple things as gifts for a friend, some crystals for myself & my mom. We had great conversation with the nice lady behind the counter & she was very informative. Had lots in stock, which is always great news. This place has had a couple bad reviews, but I don’t get it because they were perfectly helpful & a lovely place to do some crystal/gemstone shopping. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Prices are pretty affordable & not too bad. Great quality, so it’s going to be worth every penny. I’m feeling the good...

Well sheesh I drove 13 + miles just to get here to find out they have their door locked an hour early before close. The number they have listed goes straight to voicemail. This was the first gem store I decided to go to but unfortunately I will never be wasting my time to go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR GAS and support another small business. Im beyond disappointed.
