I wish I could give negative stars. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t respond to any of my emails. Ordered on May 27th and it is Aug 11th. Still no tracking number. They lied and told me my piece was done on July 13th and that they would ship immediately. Their lack of timeliness, responsiveness, and honesty earns them the lowest possible rating.

UPDATE: I requested 1 day shipping for my inconvenience and they agreed, however, they shipped using the slowest shipping speed. Took a week to ship. Lie # 3 they told me. FINALLY received my piece on August 24th and not only did the piece not match the design, but it was terrible quality.

I initially purchased a standard piece to check their timeliness and quality, and it went well. Following that, I ordered two more custom-colored diamond pieces. Unfortunately, the bails (the part that your chain goes through) on 2 out of 3 pieces broke off. I’m very disappointed, as I was assured there was a lifetime warranty, but I’ve been unable to get any assistance with repairs. I’ve been reaching out for almost a year. Since one piece is custom, most local jewelers are hesitant to do the repair. Had a very disappointing experience with this company. They finished our custom piece 30 days past the date they originally guaranteed it would be finished. Communication was terrible and I think the only reason they finally completed it was because my bf threatened to call our credit card company and dispute the charge after weeks of our phone calls and emails being ignored. Then they told us they would be sending the piece next day mail with a charge of $40. It took three days for the piece to arrive because they really sent it priority not express. Priority costs less than $10! Scammers who rip you off in every way possible. We will go elsewhere for our next...
