Be careful with their promotions. They just did a $0 enrollment, $0 membership fee for 30 days, no commitment. I figured why not, let’s try their gym. They contacted me thru phone call. They said as long as I cancel before the 30th day I won’t pay anything. Cancelled before the 30th day. Guess what, it turned out there was a policy that you need to give 30 days notice before cancellation to not get billed. So the $0 30 days promotion was a complete scam. Now they’re threatening I need to pay it despite their marketer lied to me about the payment and did not disclose the 30 days notice or else my credit score would get hit. I decided to just pay instead of the hassle of arguing how they lied to their new customers. They charged me with 1 month membership + a fee due to late payment which of course I would not know because I’m not supposed to pay for anything as that’s what they told me. I even called this branch to ask about any payment when I cancelled my membership and they said i’m all good and no payment is needed. The lie this company makes just to bring people in is very disappointing. That surprise membership fee + penalty shows how much this company’s reputation is worth. Just look at other people’s review (screenshot attached). Cancellation was hard and takes time with them as they direct you somewhere else and go through a lot of hassle. I HIGHLY suggest to consider thinking twice before enrolling in this gym. Bring your business elsewhere.

I signed up online during a promotional period for $23/month, with no enrollment fees or dues for the first month. The promotion looked the same as the attached image. When I cancelled my membership, I discovered there was a $50 annual fee I didn't know about. Also, at the time of cancellation, they will charge you for the remainder of the month AND for one extra month. Their explanation for the extra one-month charge is that you need to give them 30-days notice for cancellation. I couldn't find any mention of the annual fee or extra one-month charge on their website. It was mentioned in a couple sentences inside their membership agreement, which is 7,800+ words long. I honestly might have still purchased the membership with these additional costs, but hiding these additional costs from your customers is shameless and predatory. If your promotion bolds the $23 monthly cost and mentions no enrollment fees or dues, you should definitely mention the fees that still need to be paid ($50 annual fee) and the extra one-month charge. You're basically tricking your customers into paying an additional 3 months. I can't even remove my credit card information until the end of the next month when I'm charged my final payment. Who knows if there are more hidden fees that they'll charge me until then?

I’ve been a member of just about every other chain gym in the area (you know the ones with the big names) and left each one. Their focus seems to always be on having the most amount of members, but their attention to said members is non existent. Crowded gym at all hours, equipment broken for months. And to add insult to injury, they will raise the prices for existing members in order to offer dirt cheap prices to incoming members that dont even fit in the already crowded gym. FITNESS 19 has been the complete opposite. I feel comfortable working out here, there is always equipment available, if something requires maintenance, I find it serviced within the next couple of days. Staff is always friendly. I have ZERO complaints. I even upgraded to the elite membership (which is the price of other gym’s regular prices). The girls at the front desk are always awesome too (Katie specifically lol)

Had an incident with a particular staff member (Isabella) where I had signed up for a $10/month deal and a free welcome session with trainer. I did the session but wanted to cancel any FUTURE sessions as those would have costed an additional fee. I asked her to helped me but she instead ended up cancelling my entire membership. After I received an email the next day informing me of this, I immediately called the location and told another staff member, that wasn’t what I wanted. He explained that he didn’t see any cancellation on my membership and that I was good. I asked again just to make sure that my membership was valid and not cancelled and he once again reaffirmed to me that was the case. I just found out today that my membership is indeed over and the only option I have is to sign up again. Now my membership fee is $15/month and I have to pay another annual fee (which I already did before my previous membership was prematurely cancelled).

Other than that decent facility with a lot of cardio equipment. I really do enjoy this place other than the singular miscommunication issue that costed me money and mental stress.

Also if I was to give some more feedback. Would benefit more from investing some additional weight machines (i.e. pec fly, hack squat, smith machine)as there are times when a certain one is always busy and there are no extras for that particular...

Price wise its okay and if you go to their classes it pretty much pays for itself. They have decent amenities like hydro massage, cryo, etc. The place is always clean, the staffs are nice and helpful, I notice the trash gets emptied often and they never run out of anti-bacterial wipes which is nice. The teachers are great and knowledgeable but I wish they have separate times for novice and advance classes. Nearby surrounding is decent but parking kinda sucks due to Tesla charging stations taking two side by side rows.

There's not enough weights, benches and cable machines for everyone especially on peak times. Even in non-peak sometimes weights between 15-30 are taken. People keep asking how many sets you have left makes you feel rushed and uncomfortable resting in between sets. At least most of them wipe their benches/machines and return their weights after they use it.

The setup of machines on the free-weights side is odd, there's 1 leg press on the left side, squats on the right, a random smith machine on the left corner. I rarely see people use the incline bench press, its just taking up space most of the time. There's a random Dual Cable Cross near the entrance, and there are some handle bars that are squeaking and in some machines the rubber handles are torn I think they could work on inspecting their stuff and re-designing the place.

Overall it's...
