Hacienda Diaz Restaurant — Restaurant in West Covina

Service is almost always terrible . I had the server Karen today and at least two other times and she's the worst server . The buser comes to clean the table even before we can ask for the check . I asked for our server and she took over 20 minutes so I had to go to the desk to pay. I asked for assistance from another server but wasn't helped . They have walkie-talkies to help them but it makes it worse . I went to pay and they still tell me to wait. Tell me why three tables who sat down after us got there food at least 10-15 minutes before us , check, paid and left while we where still waiting for help from our server. Food tastes amazing but sometimes they bring me the wrong side. Outside dining area is very nice, indoor dining area is to hot. It's a little on the pricey side I would rather eat at fonda don chon where the food and service is amazing...

I have lived in the city for many years and driven by countless times until now. Oh boy! I had been missing out!

I had the Desayuno de Casa ( house breakfast) it was scrumptious! Every thing tasted so fresh the veggies in the dish were cooked with still a little crunch to it. Oh and let me not forget about the handmade tortillas that made the meal just that much better. I also did have a cup of cafè de Olla and it was prefect drink to go along with the breakfast.

At this visit the pozole, chilaquiles and kids cheese enchilada plate was ordered. Everyone was very satisfied with their meals.

If you drive by this place often and wondered about it... STOP by and get some food. I definitely recommend this place!

This is the best restaurant in town, no doubt. As soon as I got their the waitress was kind and super friendly. Karen, got us started right away, she offered us drinks, and brought us chips with salsa, she also got our order started right away. I was amazed with the quality of the food and presentation, not only where the plates tasty and delicious. I was amazed with the great customer service they got. Not only is the food the best, but they got great prices as well. They got some of the best mariscos in town. The camarones cucarachas blew my mind! My kids where 100% satisfied with their breakfast.They also serve some of the best cocktails. Me and my family definitely coming back and encourage you to come and see for yourself, you won't be...
