Updating my review, I came in two months ago, a little girl helped me shop for some chica collection products for my daughter. I returned to this establishment today, Sunday, December 22nd, and the boy who helped me was very disrespectful. I approached him to ask if there were any new chica collection products as I came to Jordan Creek specifically for Christmas presents, and the ill-tempered boy pointed at the back of the store and gave me an exasperated "yes what we have left was moved back that way." After walking through the store, I was able to find the chica collection section, but there were no new products. I returned to the young man and asked if they specifically had anything new, and he repeated yes in that section without even looking up at me from his phone. I am shopping online for my chica collection from now on. I do hope corporate is aware of this young man's behavior and how dismissive he is of...

When walking into your location for the first time the first interaction I have is with a young man, who is not smiling or welcoming me in, but tells me we do not allow food and beverage in our store. So let's be clear. This is not high end fashion that can be ruined by food and drink. Yet in high end fashion outlets I can have whatever I want. This is an Asian themed dollar store in the food court of a very busy mall. I stand by what I said to your staff - "that is stupid and a great way to lose business" Do not treat your guests like children. The old wet seal location. This doesn’t have as much merch for bt21 Bts, and Kpop as other locations. But they’ve only been open 3 weeks. I wanted to come after seeing a video online from another store of inventory online. Prices are reasonable for certain items but I didn’t really see too many things I couldn’t get elsewhere. Fun to browse and for gifts. They also only have shopping baskets no carts. Not everything is on display and in plain view. Some items are also at the counter when you check out.
