I’ve never felt so disappointed after a visit here. I’ve dealt with the same woman today and 2 weeks ago exactly, and received rude service both times from her (09/14/2024 & 08/31/2024.) I purchased clothes that I didn’t try on in store because of the long lines for homecoming, I asked what the return policy was just in case. When trying to return, I was greeted with “there’s a line” when I was already waiting behind a group that was checking out. The people behind me thankfully vouched for me. I unfortunately did not have my physical receipt anymore but had the card it was bought on and access to the email the transaction was under. I did not receive an emailed receipt like I normally do, and while rushing to try to find it, I said I couldn’t find it and was met with “that sucks.” I eventually just gave up and left with my items. There was no reasoning with me or helping in any way, just snippy rude responses both times I’ve been in there. I understand there was a high volume of people in the store and probably causing some stress, but I was nothing but kind and I felt extremely sad both times I have left the store. Read moreStaff at Jordan Creek store ordered a dress for my daughter online. Company mailed us a totally different dress than what we purchased. I made the return request online and took the package and QR return code back to the store as the instructions stated. The clerk asked the manager for help prompting the manager to inform me that this was a “warehouse issue” and had to be dealt with through corporate! I said I’m not paying to ship it back because it’s not what I ordered and just asked for my money back for my purchase and to just deal with it within her own company. She said “it’s a supply issue.” At this point I asked to speak to her boss, then she kind of ignored me and made some calls (to whom, I’m not sure.) She finally rudely asked for the QR code AGAIN and then asked for my email confirmation for the original purchase and snapped at me that “You’ll get an email confirmation.” I just walked away absolutely floored that a manager would tell a customer to go fight with the warehouse to get your money back! The night of the dance she removed the tags, put the dress on and the entire zipper was broken. I tried to return the dress two days later, bringing the tag and receipt and explained the broken zipper. According to policy they would not return the dress. The manager said she could offer me a gift card which is against their rules, but I would have to come back to get it because they were out. I live an hour from the store and explained the inconvenience and asked if it could be mailed to me. Every request I had was met with a no and they were "doing me a favor " by offering a gift card. Please consider adjusting your return policy. Our dress was defected before even putting it on. I understand the manager is following policy.
