I am writing to let you know how appreciative I am of the service that Gena Powers provided to my husband and me.

On Saturday, my husband and I were in your West Chester show room, without an appointment, as we were unaware one was needed. You were very crowded, and Gena was helping a couple. She saw that we were waiting and took only a few minutes to give us the help we needed, providing information and her business card.

I emailed her and by Monday, Gena had ordered the faucet that we needed!! That IS SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!!

My wife and I have been in the showroom several times in the past two years. The staff seemed like we were bothering them with our questions and were abrupt with their answers. I don't know how they stay in business. So we we went to Grove Supply and purchased all of our plumbing fixtures for our master bath remodel. Now we are planning our guest bath remodel and when I called Weinstein to ask if they carried certain types of sinks and medicine cabinets I got the same cold response so I guess we won't go there this time even though they are right around the corner. I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star. Walked in ready to spend a lot of money on complete MBR remodel. The 2 sales people that were there seemed quite put out that we were there. There wasn't anyone in the showroom other than my husband and myself. After explaining what we were looking for the male sales person looked confused and seemed unable to help, after about 20 min. he passed us off to another rep. because someone else had come in.
