First time here got takeout and left. Second time came in the buy a gift card really quick. Waited until the actual experience to review. The first thing I see when I come in is the 2 big bosses in their nice fancy clothes sitting on there nice laptops laughing up a storm. We're the only customers in line and when we get to the front there's 2 employees doing something with a receipt and the scanner. After mumbling to each other for about 2 full minutes the guy finally took our order. Idk if this guy Brian has a disability or is just this slow, but this guy is losing your location money lol. Didn't ask if we wanted sauces, gave us large drinks and rung us up for medium fries even tho we both asked for large meals....asked for no pickles on the spicy sandwich, it came with pickles. Girlfriend ordered 12pc, she got an 8 piece....the good news when I walked up with the 8 count and receipt one of the big bosses saw me and made it right and also gave me a brownie. But Jesus the counter guy is god awful.....and slow as hell, has to be high or something. The guy was so horrifically slow that some girl was already in the lobby with our order on the tray before this guy could finished handing us both our drinks. Jesus Christ lol. Also older Spanish couple speaking loudly and has some guy on speakerphone practically yelling and you could hear it through the dining room. Read moreI went to this location for dinner last night and there was no line in the drive thru so I thought “great this will be super fast”. Wrong. I ordered at the speakers and she could barely hear me even though I was talking as loud as I can. So I had to repeat 3 times and then when I went to pay; the workers ipad crashed so he had me pull up to the window and since I didn’t pay, I had 5 different people come up to me asking what my name was and what I ordered. Before I give them my card, I told them I have a reward on my phone for a drink and the Asian girl working was so confused and said “so you don’t want the drink?” and I explained 3 times that it was a reward for a free drink. Idk why that’s so confusing. And I finally got my food but I pulled into a spot to check if my order was right bc I just had a feeling. Glad I checked bc it was wrong. I had to go in and the 2 workers asked for my receipt but I said I never got one and they rolled their eyes and got the manager. The manager was very nice and super apologetic. He also gave me a free cookie which was really nice. Once I got home I checked and they didn’t give me a straw or the Chick-fil-A sauce I asked for. Probably won’t ever go to this location again even though it’s 5 mins away...

Staff often try to take your order before you even reach the menu, which is normally not an issue and is often preferred.
Traditionally if I need the menu, it is at Most a 2 minute look. But at this location, if I ever need to see the menu first, I let them know - then as I am rolling up to it they get uncomfortably close to the window before I put on my breaks, I remind them again that I just need a moment if that is alright, they respond with what is the name for the order and what do you want, I remind them I just need to look at it for a moment (haven’t even turned my head away from them at this point) and then when I do look they - Stare Me Down - standing right in front of the driver door like their job depends on it. Cash payments can also be a hassle.
