Steve is Super rude and arrogant. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. They are pretty fair at times with their prices (depends on his mood). I've dealt with steve for a few years now and dealt with his attitude a few times just because I felt his prices were decent and it was just convenient for me to get there. But the minute you try and question Steve about anything just for clarification his nasty personality comes out. I finally just had it with him and realized that he has no appreciation for longtime customers. There's usually 2 people there, Steve and a young man Raymond thats always there. The other gentleman has manners and knows how to deal with customers. There are definitely other places I would recommend you spend your money at- same if not better prices and definitely better treatment when spending your money at their establishment. I heard everything I just wrote from other people but I tried giving Steve the benefit of the doubt a few times. NOT WORTH IT.... Spend your money...

Today I had the absolute pleasure of going to Goldstein Jewelers.

Both Steve and Ray went out of their way to help me find the best bracelet for my nephew. After searching for many weeks, I found it here within a few minutes.

If you are looking for ANY gold items - I would suggest you check out Goldstein Jewelers FIRST. The prices are without doubt the lowest and most reasonable in the area. The quality is excellent too.

They have been in business over 30 years and its obvious to me why they are so successful.

Just an amazing small family owned business that takes pride in their customer service. They have very low prices ( I’ve checked around). They offer awesome and fair pricing on jewelry you may be looking to sell. I bought multiple pieces of jewelry over the years from them and couldn’t be happier. I even had a necklace I wanted extended and what they offered me was $200-$300 cheaper than every other jewelry shop I went to for appraisals. Just honest square guys in there go...
