I am very unsatisfied. I do not understand how a company can charge you for a service and latterly not do anything helpful. I contacted this company to come out and repair my washer. Day 1 a so called technician came out and ran the codes my washer was throwing. He said "I am going to delete the codes and run it through a cycle and call the office back if it does not work and he will come right back out" I ran it and it did not work which is why I called this company because my washer was not working. I was told they would send the so called technician back out. I waited until the end of business day until the called me and told me they cannot get him back out in time that they would send him back out the next morning. The next morning came and they kept telling me they would send him out over and over again then by the end of the day they then told me he cannot come out. Then the 3rd day came he did come out to "read the codes" again. He then said he had to go to the office and research the codes and he will come back. Well by almost the end of the day again they never came back. We were told that we are not a priority. I am a paying customer with children, but mind you they did charge me over $70 do do absolutely nothing. I then had another company come out and take a look at my washer and within 5 min her knew what was wrong and had it fixed within 30min. They stated that this company is a horrible company to go with and they will drag things out to charge more money. I paid over $70 for nothing but ridicules service and to be told I am not a priority....
Read moreWe have used R. L. Grahams on two occasions and both times was an excellent experience. Most recently they investigated our furnace as it was previously diagnosed by another Licensed HVAC company (One Hour Heating) as being to total loss and needed replaced at a cost of $12,500. R. L. Grahams discovered a bad valve and gauge to be the source of the problem and quickly replaced them and brought the furnace back online running it up to ensure ig was functioning. R. L. Grahams charged us $458.08 to fix a problem the much televised One Hour Heating either failed to find or purposely overlooked to sell a new extremely overpriced furnace. Sometimes it pays to go small local with years of experience over the big firms. R. L. Grahams has earned this homeowner's business...
Read moreOur refrigerator was on the fritz. We did not know who to call, so my husband tried R L Graham. They were able to come out the same day and did a great job. Thank you so much.
12/11/24 New Fridge, new problem. Ed and Steve came out to check our refrigerator as I kept hearing a strange noise. Checked everything and could not find anything wrong. After putting everything back together, we all heard the noise. The guys checked and discovered our ice machine, which is not hooked up, had a switch down, they flipped it up and no more noise. As silly as that was, for me it was peace of mind. My fridge is in good shape, I don't have to worry about the noise, they came out quickly, did a great job and it was worth every...
