I visited the store a couple weeks ago and the cashier that took care of me didn't say one word to me during the entire transaction. I posted on here and shortly thereafter, the manager apologized and said they hoped I gave the store another try I decided to stop in to pick up a couple of quick things for dinner. The young woman I had as a cashier didn't greet me at all despite me saying "hello." The only thing she said to me, was that my card timed out in the card reader and try it again. Once the transaction was done, I wasn't offered a bag, and despite me saying "have a good day," I failed to receive a response.
This tells me that the culture of the store isn't very positive. Having one rude cashier could be considered one-off, but to have two tells me it's a pattern. As they say, the fish rots from the head. If i were a member of the store management, I would be thinking what i could do to.ensure customers have a positive experience.

Yesterday, a man in a red political hat and his female companion, were walking around your store without masks, (not sure if they entered wearing a mask).
I had three choices;
1-Ignore and stay clear of them (which I did).
2-Confront them (I did not).
3-Report them to management, (In retrospect, I should have, but chose not to make scene).
Several of your staff saw them but made no apparent contact to confront them.
It’s very discouraging when a customer is put in a position of enforcing state and store-imposed rules.
I think this needs to be...
Read moreThis Giants is pretty busy during rush hour. But did not appreciate the girl at the self checkout standing there just chatting with looked to be another employee but off the clock. Another customer even looked over and shook his head cause she paid no mind to the customers. She never said have a nice day to anyone that was walking out the door. They were giggling and just being rude. I never seen that behavior at this location before. Please Giants remind your employees they are there to work not chat and giggle with other off the...
