I was pretty bullish on moving to a different apartment after 7 years in the same building right down the street. I was eager to tour The Charlie given the newness of it to the neighbourhood. Upon arriving for a 4PM appointment to check it out today at 3:50PM, they let me know they accidentally double booked and had me down for June 10 (I had originally booked June 10 but rescheduled to June 4 and have the confirmation Google calendar invite that they sent, which I attached to this review). It was a trek just to even get out of their garage because you couldn't get in even by scanning the parking ticket and they had to call someone to let me out because no one was around to validate my parking ticket. Safe to say I don't plan to reschedule a viewing because that was an annoying experience. Read moreWhat really made me like the Charlie initially was the warmth and personal care that Ebony extended. She was nothing but very professional and caring to assist in finding my new home. The building is very well designed and offers great craftsmanship and quality throughout. The apartments are spacious, great layout , plenty of closet space as well high end appliances. The common areas such as Co working space gym , reckroom are magazine worthy. The maintenance of the building has daily staff so everything is clean ,thanks to Jaqueline and Arthur makes things work and that with a smile.
