We didnât know who our server was. The girl seated us by placing menus on a table- she didnât say a word to us. Then she disappeared. 15 minutes pass and still no one spoke to us or acknowledged us. There were 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant so it was NOT busy. We assumed the male server was ours so I asked him if I can order food. He nodded then left- the girl who sat us came back who happened to serve us that day. The miscommunication and frustration couldâve been avoided with simple âhello Iâll be serving you todayâ or anything except the silent treatment.
Got the rib eye and pork bahn mi sandwiches. The sandwiches arenât balanced as itâs mostly meat and very little vegetables.
I asked for more pickled carrots and she nodded, turned around to press stuff on a tablet, then returned with a small cup of pickled carrots. When it was time to pay is when I realized there was an up charge ($6) for the pickled carrots. This was the first time Iâve been charged extra for carrots because most places donât do that- Im disappointed that she didnât tell us that it would be extra $ for the carrots. I donât like being surprised or having questions when the bill arrives.
I decided to try this place even after Iâve read other customerâs reviews and saw that the owner comments on most of them. Based on my negative experience and how the owner responded to negative customer reviews, it seems like the customer is NOT always right here. This doesnât make me want to come back to support this business.
For the customer service, food, and price, I would not recommend this restaurant. There are other Vietnamese restaurants that offer great food at reasonable prices with great...

My family and I finally made it to You & I this past weekend, and we're so glad we did! The food was truly the star of the showâeverything we ordered was incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor.
We kicked things off with the spring rolls, and they were a perfect appetizer. Crispy, fresh, and paired with a delicious peanut sauce that we couldn't get enough of. For the mains, the Pho was excellent.
It arrived piping hot (seriously, be cautious!) and had that deep, authentic flavor you look for. I loved that they offer such a wide range of protein choices, including a good selection of sauces to really enhance the broth, and it's great that they can easily accommodate vegetarians.
A personal highlight for me was the Vietnamese Fried Ramen. It was absolutely delicious, but what really impressed me was how light I felt afterwards. It settled really well, and I didn't get that heavy, sluggish feeling you sometimes get with fried dishes. To me, that speaks volumes about the quality of the ingredients they're using.
While the food was perfect, we did notice the service was a bit on the slow side. It seemed like the dishes didn't all come out at the same time, which might have made things a little challenging for our server. It's something the restaurant could improve upon, but it certainly didn't detract from our enjoyment of the meal.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend You & I. The quality and taste of the food make it a must-try. We're already planning...
Read moreSo excited to have finally tried this place! We love Vietnamese food. We tried a variety of appetizers. The egg rolls and spring rolls were the best; as good as the best I have had elsewhere. The lettuce wraps were amazing too! So good with the peanut sauce! The pot stickers were good. The cream cheese wontons had the best wrap dough. So crispy. The filling was way sweeter than I had had before. Not my favorite. But okay. Three of us had the brisket and rib eye pho. It was good. Lots of meat. My husband had the honey glazed pork Vietnamese sandwich. This was hands down the best Vietnamese sandwich (Banh Mi) I have ever had! And really the best thing I ate tonight. I will be getting this next time for sure! We also tried a pineapple smoothie with mango jelly and it was so, so good. I have never tried mango jelly but they were out of Boba, so we tried something new. I will get this again too. We also tried the iced Vietnamese coffee. Way too strong for me, but my husband liked it. Overall, a great experience. Reasonable prices, good service...
