Dee Garden Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in West Jordan

Today I went on line seeking great ethnic food in my area… The criteria were as follows : Close by Reviewed with average of 4+ stars Great photos Reasonably priced Friendly Service No MSG

I called ahead because all the above were met except one, No MSG, no where in their advertising nor the reviews was MSG mentioned. The girl I spoke with was friendly! I asked about the MSG, She said No! I wanted to be sure so I asked again she assured me the answer is No MSG! I ordered The Pad Woodson, It is listed to come with noodles, meat of choice, (I Chose Chicken) mushrooms, celery, onions, carrots, tomatoes & cabbage. I was very excited! Clarified I wanted extra cabbage she repeated my extra cabbage request, I said yes! Extra cabbage. Then proceeded to order the Mango Sticky Rice dessert and additional reg sticky rice on the side. She said it would be ready in 20 min. I arrived in about 25-28 min. There was my order ready and waiting ☺️ The girl was as friendly and pleasant as on the phone! I got home and my food had been wrapped well so it was perfect temperature to be delicious 😋 From bite one to none left … thus no picture 😌 sorry … The meal was delightfully scrumptious!! I considered giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was barely any cabbage let alone the extra I asked for and only a thin sliver of a tomato remnant … I was disappointed 😔 but got over it! The Food was so wonderful and fantastically flavored how could I give less than 5 stars 🌟 This is my first ever review no matter how bad or good the food. This food is so delightfully scrumptious and fantastically flavored I will definitely be back it is all that the 4.8 Stars reflect!!!!...

I love Dee Garden best Thai food I've had in Salt Lake County so far. Their lunch special is cheap and you get a ton of food. For $7.99 you get a choice of Massaman or Red Curry, Cashew Chicken, or Orange Chicken, it's a large portion and they also have soup and a side that comes with it.

The Massaman is super hearty and tastes amazing and the coconut soup they provide us awesome. Been here three times and I normally get something different at restaurants but would rather keep getting the Massaman.

The staff are super nice and they remembered me the second time I came in although it had been about 2 months between visits. of course they provide a safe space for social distancing and require masks for entry.

Update still the best. I keep bringing more co-workers and friends here and many have made it their go-to Thai place. They have loyalty cards as well, after 10 meals you get money off an order

Update 2 still the best. Went there with my wife for lunch. Wonderful service still!

Update 3 went with a large group. Food didn't take long to get to our table though we had 10 people. Had the Pad Gra Prow and they had fresh Thai basil they put in it in the summer. It was incredible. Rest of my group had yellow curry, pineapple curry, masaman curry, Guay Teow Kua Gai, and pineapple fried rice. All was incredible as always. This really is the best...

Came here for a late lunch on a Friday. It was somewhat busy. We took advantage of their lunch specials. Our server was friendly and I enjoyed the service. The restaurant was relatively clean. Everything was just okay. The food was edible, but definitely not a place I'd go back to for Thai food. It's definitely made for an unseasoned Thai food palate.

We ordered two soups, egg roll appetizers, a fresh spring roll, green curry with medium spice, and orange chicken. Every place makes their egg rolls differently. I wasn't a fan of the egg rolls at this place. It had an off flavor. Maybe the oil they used. The soups and the green curry was too sweet. The curry wasn't spicy at all. The orange chicken was the best dish in my opinion. It tasted as I expected it to.

On their menu, they also had the wrong price down for the lunch special. The menu said $10.99, but their website and what they charged me was for $11.99. Not a big deal, but they should get those menus reprinted with accurate prices.
