Rawbean Coffee — Restaurant in West Jordan

These guys are awesome - I’ve been going every day before work for the past year and a half or so. The quality is unmatched and honestly, the prices are pretty competitive. No need to even order anymore, all the folks know my order!

The problem lies in the design. There’s no seperate walk-up window. I take the bus, I don’t own a car, but you still walk through the drive-through. I don’t necessarily mind this, but it means there’s no good notification for when they have a walk-up. I’ve been instructed to knock on the window, which DOES work most of the time!! However, there’s been several times where I do so, a couple times, a no one comes. I eventually have to leave for the bus without my coffee, and I’m very sad!! I’d like to see a better notification system, like maybe a little digital bell to press or something.

I’ve been to this drive-through a couple times lately, and both times my order wasn’t right. Most recently, I asked for an iced coffee with a splash of oat milk (I’m lactose intolerant), but it came loaded with half-and-half. The girl at the window was super sweet and went to get it fixed right away, which I appreciated because the last time I took the drink as is. What threw me off was overhearing someone inside say I’d asked for half-and-half, even though I was clear. Also, I noticed the energy felt a little different depending on who was ordering from the girl taking orders, specifically being more friend and chatty to male customers. I usually go to the downtown location where things run smoother, but I’d love to keep coming here if things tighten up a bit. Kindness and attention to detail...

Been coming here for several years and my biggest complaint are the burritos, they are always the same; having WAY too much egg, a smidge of cheese, and literally two pieces of bacon, sausage, or veggies depending on what you get and those are tiny pieces not whole. HOWEVER, they deserve 5 star because the coffee has always been delicious and exactly what we need no matter how many times we get it, and the customer service is exceptional EVERYTIME. We will always come here as long as they stay open. I would love the option to eat food here as well instead of stopping at another place, but we cant do it with the burritos unless they change them.
