I ordered an expensive flower arrangement from this store and what was delivered looked nothing like the photo advertised on their website. The flowers were also wilted and dying. I called the store to let them know in hopes of them trying to fix the problem before leaving this review, and the owner was apologetic, agreed with me that the arrangement did not look good, and claimed that the arrangement fell over in the delivery truck and got ruined. She offered to redeliver a new bouquet today, and I agreed. After all, we did not receive a new arrangement today, and the owner has been ignoring my messages. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Ordered valentine's day flowers 2 days early, only for my delivery to not even arrive. I called to confirm a time of delivery and was quoted "between 7am-7pm" which is understandable since its a busy day, but my partner did not receive their flowers. I called the next morning and was told "an attempt was made but it was too cold to leave it outside" when the delivery address had a lobby to leave the flowers in and my partner was waiting at the door during the attempted time of delivery.
