New location is the former DSW so it's a pretty big store. You'd think that'd be good right? Well, not really, considering they only have TWO fitting rooms. For the entire store, only 2 fitting rooms?! It's absolutely idiotic whoever decided a store of this size should only have 2 fitting rooms. I had to wait a long time just to try on some clothes. Very frustrating. The lights flash red and green intermittently above the doors when someone is in a room, so don't count on that system to work. I'm assuming this pathetic # of fitting rooms was implemented to reduce theft, but there's already video monitoring and security tags on items, so it seems pretty stupid. I definitely won't be returning to this location. I just came in today with my 1 yr old daughter just to look around on my day off. The one particular worker male kept falling me around made me feel uncomfortable and when I get to the kids section he finally ask me if I needed help. Like really. I just felt like I was being stereotype like I was trying to steal something and then I seen him watching me and walking back and forth. Like I have way more than enough money where I don't have to steal I'm a supervisor at UPMC. I felt like he was doing that because of the color of my skin. But that is just wrong. this new store is absolutely horrible. bought a pair of pants and left and the security alarm goes off. I go back to get it off and they said they’ve been having problems and don’t have the tool to get that off. So they take my pants to the back TWICE to try and cut out the sensor the INCORRECT way (with a “tool out of their tool box”) i stood up front waiting for them to come back with the pants for OVER 20 MINUTES. Got the pants and they have a hole from them just ripping it out. The lady knew this and just let me leave like that. Why even have pants on the rack to sell that you can’t actually sell?
