I have never been treated so badly by staff/employees in my life at any place of business. I will be filing a very lengthy complaint with the better business bureau. We were told by one rude little boy to leave because he had kids at home 30 minute's after they served us. Between our party of 6, We spent around 500 probably more than the little boy makes every week... didn't even get to finish our food peacefully. Then I was harassed all the way out the door by children that worked there one of which was a young girl that felt the need to say some very ignorant stuff to myself and the party of people with us. She looked like a 🤡.....If you want crawfish, go absolutely anywhere other than this poorly staffed place.
**Response to ungratefulness: My table together spent 457.00 three groups of 2 +1 child, so a total of 6 adults, one child..... we also have a video of your "manager" telling us he was the owner...as well as threatening us first. Alcohol had nothing to do with the RUDE service we received. I own multiple businesses and have great reviews 5 stars as a matter of fact on all of them. Maybe you should stop running your mouth and try running your business properly! You never serve a group that large spending that much money then tell them they need to bag up their food because the servers have kids at home. We got there at 8:15 and didn't get our food until 8:40. At 9:10 You're manager came and started telling people they had to leave because he had kids at home. Who does that? Come on now!! Get real!! Read the laws in act for dine-in businesses. You need to educate yourself and your staff appropriately. Those guidelines are to be followed directly. With that said.. Our waitress was wonderful and made it a point to tell us how sorry she was for the way he came in there, making that rude announcement. She told us to finish our food if we would like. She should be...
Read moreOur server hallie was not good. She walked up to us with no introduction, didn’t tell us the specials, and didn’t check on us in between drink order to food order. We are a table of restaurant workers who tip well and understand bad days, but we went right when it opened and we’re her 3rd table max. She was so short and rude frankly. Attitude and walked away before one of our party of 4 could give an appetizer order.
Onto the food. We all got crawfish, and it was small, which is fine because it’s early in the season but all 4 of us collectively had at least 1/3 of our bugs mushy, crushed and cracked. It was very unfortunate. We all understand the early season but damn at that point we had over 3 lbs of bad bugs that weren’t edible. The flavor was good and it came to us fast.
Now to the atmosphere. It was COLD. It was so cold in there omg. We sat on the “outdoor” side, but when we walked in the main entrance it was freezing from the start. I found myself Shivering freezing cold. Everyone around us in tables kept their winter coats on.
I’m overall not ecstatic about this experience and hope it...

I decided to give Crawfish Town in West Monroe a try after hearing good things about them on Facebook, but my experience was far from great. No military discount, which is something I appreciate at other restaurants. Limited menu options—several items were unavailable. The crawfish were cold, lacked seasoning, and were not fresh—definitely not worth the price. Service was disappointing—our waitress seemed uninterested in serving us and was far more attentive to the tables around us.
There were three of us dining, and we spent $95 total. Two of us got the 5 lb crawfish special for $32.50 each, and I personally felt that $7.99 per pound was too much for crawfish that weren’t good. One person ordered The City BLT, which also wasn’t impressive.
I usually go to The Fish House, and honestly, this place does not compare. If I’m spending this much, I expect hot, well-seasoned food and good service. Sadly, this wasn’t it.
Date of visit: February 22, 2025.
