My recent experience at this establishment was deeply concerning due to the unprofessional conduct of a cashier named Alexis. She displayed a dismissive attitude and was unwelcoming by refusing to take my order. When I placed my order, she rolled her eyes and responded sharply when I requested applesauce. Her tone was completely unwarranted, as I was unaware they were out of stock. Furthermore, after ordering a burger without onions, I discovered one upon taking a bite. When I mentioned this to Kimberly, Alexis questioned why I had taken a bite, despite the error. And said behind the counter “why’d she take a bite out of it if I had onions.”Subsequently, Alexis locked the doors, denying service to several customers attempting to enter. When a drive-thru customer approached the locked door, I opened it for him (I assumed he was missing something from is order. Which I should not have assumed) and was reprimanded by Alexis for assisting. Later, a customer gained entry through a door that wouldn't lock, and instead of assisting, Alexis exclaimed, "Oh my god, they're still coming through!" before frantically checking all the doors, leaving the customer waiting unattended. Alexis' inability to provide even basic customer service, her rudeness, blatant turning away of customers and negative comments about them (including not just me, but others in the restaurant) were openly displayed in the dining area. Her unprofessional behaviour was further compounded by the fact that the kitchen is visible from the lobby, and all of her inappropriate comments could be heard by everyone. Read moreI ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink to dine in. My chicken sandwich was completely dry...bun and chicken only. I took the tray back to the counter, showed her the sandwich, and asked the girl if she could put ketchup, mayo and some pickles on it. She sneered at me an threw a handful of ketchup packets on the tray. I told her with the arthritis in my hands I can't open those, could she help me. She told me "we don't do that!". Since she was unwilling to fix my order, I asked for my money back, and I would go elsewhere. She took my tray into the back, came back without it and denied me a refund. I pointed out that she kept the food and refused my refund. I could not believe how I was being treated. I asked to speak with the manager and was told to leave and that the police were called. An officer actually showed up. I explained what happened, and Monroe's finest told me to leave the store or be arrested. All this because I dared to take a sandwich back and ask them to remake it. Read moreThis location today was absolutely a mess! Trash on top of the counter you order at. The drink station was out of over half of the drink choices. The ketchup station looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The floors hadn't been cleaned in a while and the staff needs a little attention also as the person who took our order seemed to be unhappy about even having to be there at all. I seemed to have upset this same employee as I had to ask for the cup I paid for before they tended to the next customer. Now this was not a busy time as it was a Sunday evening about 6pm. So the only other customers in side came in after us and totaled 7 people. Drive through was slow enough for one or two of the 5 employees to run around real quick to at least make sure the counter tops were a little presentable. I will not come back here.
