Horrible pedicure ugh I'm so annoyed. First of all I will say I am a huge customer service person which there was none here. I came with my friends trying a new place because im very particular on where I go for nail services due to cleanliness and the fact that I have sensitive skin and majority of the time the nail techs end up cutting my cuticle too much . Anyways that wasn't the case here! I told her about my sensitive cuticle and not to cut too much which was cool even though she hardly did anything to my cuticles when I said that. The problem was she hardly scrubbed the bottom of my feet to get the dead skin off and the massage was Horrible! It was like she was just taking her hand and running it lightly on my leg smh I told her to skip that part because I wasn't going to sit around for that it felt like nothing! This place is the worst I've ever been to. The service and staff is horrible. I asked for a nexgen fill in with 10 nail design. They said ok 10 mins I waited and hour and a half. When I finally sat down the guy ask me what you want I said a fill in and design he said " oh sorry we don't have time for that. I don't do designs and the person who does is not here". My husband said just leave. They were rude and unprofessional never going there again. I used them a few times and they were always this nasty, and I kept saying maybe I will get one nice tech. This is the 1st time I walked out for incomplete bad service. If I could I would give a negative five (5) stars. The tech was texting in the middle of my nail fill in removal, she finally got back to me and scraped one of my finger badly, then went to wash my hands came back to my station she was walking out on her cell. I waited for about 3 mins., asked another tech to pay for the removal and left. The tech that was to be working on my mani came running up to my car askng to finish the job, I told her no, I paid and leaving. At 1st she wouldn't move so I could leave, I backed out slowly anyway.
