They misquoted the price of item. I wanted to purchase but they would not honor the price. We know mistakes are made, but common practice is for the owner to absorb the difference and honor the quote. It was $300 difference, but owner would not even offer to split the difference and was rather rude in handling situation. The owner said I was "ridiculous" to even ask for them to honor and I pointed out that I was a good customer having made purchases there before and that I was very surprised and disappointed that they didn't care that they were going to lose a customer. Both the sales person and owner were very dismissive and unprofessional and before I even asked them a second time for them to reconsider their decision, I had asked other retailers in their neighborhood what they considered to be the acceptable solution under these circumstances. I placed an order via @shop and canceled the order when I realized I misplaced my order. I never received an email plenty of time to stop the order. Kept emailing no response. 2 weeks later finally receive the order . I ordered the Veuve Clicquot large tray and it was very small it was poorly assembled with glue all over the place. They do not accept refunds or returns . Bad business. Bad product. I contacted shop.app reported issue I have not heard back from them all of this is prior to receiving the product. I believe in paying any debt I owe but the products are faulty and poorly made. I do not recommend ordering anything from this business. Am horrified by your low ratings resulting from the Tampa scammer using your shop name!! The only way to get it up is by more 5 star reviews.
