Tried to get meals for my mom shes 77 practically homebound and at times she cannot cook and these meals wouldnhave done great. The lady on the phone had no empathy and practically brushed us off. Told us my mom would get it and she would call the next day and never called back b. Ni can't believe just for premade meals which is not even good meals ..my mom practically sounded she had to be half dead to get meals ..my mom did almost die of pulmonary embolism bilateral to the lungs and she is homebound yet I cannot be here to help her due to me...

Much too salty and heavy in carbohydrates/sugar. 50% of meals are edible. Chicken is always tough and dried out. Love the salads. Deserts are tasty but again too much salt and sugar. ALSO You must be home Monday, Wednesday, Friday for delivery….so don’t schedule a Doctors appointment Monday, Wednesday or Friday. If you’re hard of hearing you can ask them to call you at delivery time….however this will not guarantee they will call you…consequently you will miss...
