SCAMMER. Using after market batteries to replace phones, And lying and telling you it’s an Apple battery and then when you confront him about it, he can’t even tell you what kind of battery it is and will refuse to show you
In June 2025, I brought MY iPhone 12 Pro Max to this store for a battery replacement. Apple had previously diagnosed that the only issue with my device was the battery. I was told the repair would take 30–60 minutes, and I waited nearby.
When I received my phone back, two notifications appeared that had not been present before: one regarding the SIM card not registering and another indicating the battery was not a genuine Apple part. I asked the owner about these messages, but he could not confirm the specific type or manufacturer of the battery installed. Kept trying to brush me off telling me that it’s an Apple battery and when I asked him the specific type of battery, he tried to tell me yeah that one, but couldn’t confirm what I had just told him.
Within minutes of leaving the shop, the iPhone 12 Pro Max began to expand and then emitted smoke inside my vehicle. I have video evidence of this incident. I immediately returned to the store and showed the device to the owner. He did not address the issue while other customers were present and asked me to wait until the store was empty. After further discussion, he eventually provided me with another phone, which he represented as an iPhone 14 Pro Max, instead of refunding the cost of my original device.
Since receiving the replacement phone, I have observed overheating and visible swelling of the battery area, similar to what I experienced before my iPhone 12 Pro Max failed. I returned to the store to show the problem. The owner briefly took the phone out of my sight, adjusted some screws, and returned it to me, but the expansion of the case is still visible. He declined to provide details about the source or type of the batteries used in the repair or replacement phones.
At this time (September 18, 2025), I continue to have concerns about the safety and reliability of the replacement device. My experience raises serious questions about the quality of parts being used and the lack of transparency regarding the repairs.NOT HONEST
Photo below of the state of my 12 pro max And below is also The state of the iPhone what he claims is the 14 Pro Max he did repair this phone and put it back on his shelf. This is the phone that he gave me after blowing up my iPhone 12 Pro Max and now the battery is expanding When I took it into him, he took it to the back, screwed the screw in and told me that it wasn’t screwed down all the way without even ever acknowledging the fact that the screen is literally coming up out of the case.
DO NOT COME HERE. He’s scamming by using batteries that are not equipped to be put in placed into an iPhone and saying that whatever happens afterwards is not his. Again, my first replacement with this guy, the phone literally blew up in my car, not even an hour after getting...
Read morePurchased an iPhone 15 pro at the end of November. Last week it started to turn off on its own and turned back on. Took it in to be checked on Friday, I called them Saturday afternoon to check on it I was told there was nothing wrong with it, so I went to pick it up. Was advised to go to the Apple Store to see if they could help me, when I purchased it from them. But I guess that’s what I get for buy a second hand phone. my husband told the girl that if they could change the battery to check if it was the battery. They said they were going to do that but that they had checked everything and it was fine. On Monday my husband stopped by to pick up the phone and was told the same story by the owner that there was nothing wrong with but to leave it until today Wednesday. So I go to pick it up and the phone, was advised to go to Apple Store at this point I wasn’t t even going to waist my time with them . But I was not able to even use my phone thru a phone call the phone was turning off every 2 minutes. First and last time I purchase from this place. I have learned my lesson
Response to owner: I was willing to pay for repairs I was told by your employee of the three months policy, That was not the issue. If the phone was working fine I wouldn’t have gone to have it checked in the first place. I’m not the person to be making up stories or to lie about this type of things, I know what I’m talking about because I was the one that was having to wait for the phone to turn back on to dial to the person I was trying to have a conversation with but was not able to because the phone would turn off...
Read moreI needed my screen replaced on Samsung S5. They replaced it, but I guess, they used very cheap part, because the same week it cracked again and this time LCD / digitizer was damaged as well. The pnone was not abused, never fell, adult owned. The crack was in the corner and the protective cover was always on. I went in again and they wanted to charge same price again. I showed them my receipt proving it was just replaced, then they offered to do it for half of original price. I just didn't want to take chances again and replaced it at a different place and had no issues after that, even though my phone fell a few times after that. I will not be going to that place again. Oh, and another thing - I had lock on my phone, when they were fixing it they got into my phone, they didn't do any harm to it, but I wish they were not snooping into my personal belongings. And they advertized themselves on 5mile app that they can break any passwords on Samsung phones/tablets, especially after that I will not be going there. If you store personal info on your phone - stay away...
