I am so happy to have stumbled upon Sactown Custom Furnishings. It was so easy working with Daniel. I was looking for an L shape sectional that would fit perfectly in our living room. I came with no ideas other than the measurements and a picture of my living room. I didn’t realize how specific I really wanted our next set to be. We spend a lot of family time in this room and I also have 2 young toddlers. I wanted something nice, comfortable, soft material, easy to clean, storage for blankets, storage for remotes, cupholders and my mind really started going to work when I was in the shop. Most importantly I wanted something that would last for some time. Daniel really put me at ease and accepted the challenge. He went above and beyond and finished before his normal custom ordering time. He really put a lot of thought into it and even surprised me with adding outlets and phone charger ports inside of the storage arm. He made sure at that time of the delivery that everything was in working order. I am very happy with how it turned out and more beautiful than I could have imagined. We needed an ottoman for our couch, but never bought one since Ikea was fairly pricy and for low quality build. Eating at Serrano's one day, we happened to look up and see Custom Sofa Designs across the parking lot and just walked in without the intention of buying anything. David ended up being absolutely fantastic to work with. They had an ottoman model that was perfect, cheaper than Ikea, and David told us they could customize it as a storage ottoman and upholster it however we wanted. We brought a couch cushion back to match the color, and they were able to match it exactly. Our custom ottoman was ready in like 3 weeks, and matches our couch perfectly. I can't say enough positive things about David. He remembered us every time we walked in to the store (down to exactly what we wanted and the date we had last come in).
