WOW I am speechless. What a horrible place. I went to purchase a 12 ps chicken meal. When I got home to my surprise the chicken was NOT COOKED FULLY, you could still see the dough. Not only was the chicken not fully cooked the sides were disgusting not cooked as well. So my family was left without dinner that night. As i was not going to feed my children uncooked food that could have possibly poisoned them and sent my children to the hospital. I called in and told the gal that answered the phone that issues the we had experienced. She went and got the manager on duty. The manager said " I am so sorry I know this is not an excuse but the night manager had not had enough time to full check the cooks perp work. Could you come back and get a new order? I said NO. That i did not have time to go back. That if they could please take my name down and we would pick up a hole new order a diferentes day. I went in to day I told the lady at the window m name and explained the situation. They said sorry we do not have your name and we will not be able to do anything about this. Read moreWow. Absolutely the worst kfc I've ever been to. I pull into the empty drivethrough at 3 pm. It tool them 2 minutes to acknowledge I was there, and then another minute to take my order. I order the 2 piece meal with gravy on the side, pull up, and pay. There were a few people in there so I was surprised it took so long for them to take my order. They bring the food out and close the window. I check to make sure they got the order right. The chicken is completely soggy, the biscuit is hard and stale, and instead of getting mashed potatos with gravy on the side, I just get a cup of gravy with no mashed potatoes. I call out to the window, no one answers. I call again, no one answers. I honk my hork twice and no one answers. Finally I had to scream and after 3 minutes, they finally come back. I let the woman know the potatoes are missing, she gets the potatoes, and then corrects me. "Gravy on the side means just the gravy." I correct her and leave. Read moreI came in tonight minutes before closing and Natasha had tons of customers!. I almost left but the way she handled all of us made me stay!. She was so polite and proffessional and just amazing. Alot of us just got off work and we are hungry and alot of places here in Salt Lake are closed!. She was a total doll!. I work in the Customer Service industry and she was an amazing example of how you should treat your customers!!. She is a great manager who not only treated her customers with excellent customer service but showed by example to her employees who she even told them they were doing a great job! And asked if they needed help!. By keeping her positive attitude she led her crew through a hectic close!!. Very impressed! Thank you again Natasha!
