Subway — Restaurant in West Valley City

We tried to call before hand to make sure they were open but no one answered, I have a feeling some subways just don’t answer their phones so we go and as we pull up and go inside we find 4 employees just hanging out, no drive thru line, no other customers, so they just ignored the phone ringing. As for our experience 4 people and only one girl was doing the sandwiches and she kept getting distracted talking to other employees that were all just standing around talking. We had only two sandwiches so it shouldn’t be that hard to make but she kept stopping to talk and it was only her making two sandwiches when there are 4 other people, one of which looked like a supervisor that was also just standing around talking. Granted it’s 6:30am but still 4 people were there just standing around. No kind small talk and when we left only one person of the 4 there told us to have a good morning. Customer service is bad and they obviously don’t care. Only two were wearing mask. You work in food service and your mouth breathes out germy air, this is a pandemic and you can still pass COVID if you’re vaccinated. Not to mention as we were checking out they practically threw our sandwiches at us. 1 star will definitely not...

I usually have a great time here sometimes they let me bring my dog in and everything too. I went to go get subway on lunch break and I had too wait almost 1 HOUR my lunch break is only 15 mins I tried to cancel the order but I couldn’t there was maybe like 5 customers not crowded at ALL there was literally 2 workers there I was the first one there and I constantly saw people walking out getting there food before I did and this was like 4 groups of people it wasn’t just one person I went in and told them I needed my food soon cuz I needed to get back to work they told me I had to wait wich is understandable then I told them I can’t wait I told them I can wait like 5 mins more max they looked at me looked at each other and then said nothing and guess what the best part is I’m fired. ZERO STARS! I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches for on line pick up. Once I got home my son stared eating his and there was a long black(dark) hair that he pulled from the inside of his sandwich! Like 5-6"long until it broke off. Disgusting! I called the store and spoke with who i assume was the manager? He proceeded to question who i got the sandwich from, what time, etc. Would not help me until I had the answer. Decided he was the one that made it and told me "the problem is I don't have long black hair". Are you kidding me?!! Well none of us do either. No apology... no offer to make it right. He wanted me to bring it in right now(which i can't because I have to take my son right to work, hence the on line order). What for a sandwich investigation? Like I'm speechless!
