Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Valley City

Terrible customer service, went and ordered food from here last night had to split the transaction between two cards, got home thinking how was that so expensive and I look at the receipt he charged me for extra food I didn't order and then this morning when I checked my card taco bell had extremely over charged me and the receipt didn't even make sense it said he charged each of my cards half and then took a few dollars cash so I went to talk to the manager about why they almost double charged me for my food, and he was so rude and disrespectful I got to the counter and he was telling me we don't split transactions between cards, and I was like you did look at my receipt and I can check my card history right now and show you and he said look lady I'll tell you one more time we don't do it as I'm just begging him to look at the receipt he won't even look at it, and he told me to get out of the store. Worst experience iive ever had and so unprofessional, and on top of it when he told me to get out he swore at me. That's really sad to have such poor people skills. So thanks for stealing money from me a week before Christmas taco bell, and I can't find a corporate number anywhere online. #badmanagment...

I ordered three frito burritos. I paid $1 to add sour cream to two of the frito burritos. My burritos were not labeled with which ones had sour cream. They were for different people so someone had to open them all to figure out which was which. Then when we opened them we found that only one of them had sour cream! While we were eating my wife discovered that her bean burrito had sour cream added to it. If you're going to charge me $0.50 for a squirt of sour cream you better freaking put it on my burrito!

It's ridiculous that I have to listen to you ask if I want to add sour cream to my items every time I come here, only to have you SCREW IT UP when I actually pay for it!

I want my $0.50 back!!! It's not about the money. It's about how you annoy us asking if we want to add sour cream, when you're clearly incapable of doing it right.

Last time I added sour cream you bunched it all on one end of the burrito, I chose to let that slide, even though for $0.50 that's kind of a joke. But this time you couldn't even get it in the right burrito, or label them. There is literally a spot that says sour cream, all you have to do...

I have given this location multiple chances but after tonight I don’t think I will ever go back. The night shift workers for this location are probably the rudest workers you will meet. You never have time to look at the menu before you get asked 10 times if you’re ready. You always feel extremely rushed by the nightshift window worker. He glares at you and tries to get sassy at points. The food made at night is never what you order. The burritos and tacos aren’t even wrapped in the paper. The food is falling out or it is soggy and gross. Tonight food and experience was my breaking point for this location. The nightshift window worker as soon as I pulled up to the order machine I was being asked if I was ready to order and I hadn’t even stopped my car yet. Within a matter of a minute sitting there deciding between 2 people what we wanted we got asked 5 times if we were ready. When the food came out the burritos were falling apart and burnt. We got a Mexican pizza as well that had nothing on it. For $25 it was most definitely not worth it and I want a refund. I don’t ever recommend this...
