Took my Daughter there with me to do some family counselling. The lady we had made for one of the worst counseling sessions I have ever been through. (and I am a disabled veteran. I have been to plenty)

She did not create an environment that could help my daughter or I feel comfortable. She was very basic in her approach. When we zere nearing the end of the first session I was telling her a part of my story that was difficult for me to tell in general but was applicable to what my daughter and I were there for. Before I could even finish she winced her face and showed an obvious sign of disrespect and disgust t. When I told her that was not appropriate, judgemental and it made me feel targeted she proceeded to demean me with comparisons to people in her office and shamed me in front of my Daughter. I left and was shaking because of how upset she made me. I have never had this kind of experience at a therapy session. I assure you that this is not an exaggeration or a review based on opinion. She is also a child's counselor so I understand it isn't about me. However; I was there to get help for my daughter and I so I was in the session as well. I would never use her again. She was terrible.

I cannot speak for the other therapists and the front desk was great. I have heard good things from my daughter about her counselor. This may just be a bad seed situation. I am not going to put her name on blast but if you get a counselor that's name starts with an S and has an N at the end of it I would strongly advise you to get...

They are great. Understanding. Never had a bad experience. If you need a refill all you do IS CALL BEFORE you're out. Just like a regular Doctors office. You call your Doctor when you need more refills. Nationwide Cares about their patients. Great Doctors. My daughter likes its so that means something. Scheduling isn't that hard either they have Lunch. So if you're calling on your lunchtime they're more than likely on their lunch, simple. I've Never had a problems with scheduling or rescheduling or just to even find out what time the appointment was. We've been going there...

This office is rediculous! This is the second time that they did not give me enough medication- a medication that they warned me HAD to be taken every single day to be effective- to get me even to my next appointment. Instead of helping me (on an issue that THEY made me aware of) they immediately sent me to a voicemail. Hopefully those get checked before the withdrawal screws up my entire week. Don’t make your children deal with this. Find help...
