Burger King — Restaurant in Westerville

Of all the fast food options, I really want Burger King when I have the choice. That said, it is sad that I cant experience it at this location anymore. Every Monday, I take my kids to swim class nearby and every Monday we want to go to Burger King afterwards. Unfortunately, we will no longer be going here though and will have to choose a different restaurant. The staff is mostly ok, but the older gentleman manager who also works the drive through is constantly rude, patronizing, and doesn't seem to know his own menu. I've asked to order King Jr meals before and he has literally yelled at me through the drive through speaker that they don't have those. When I attempt to order like a normal person and articulate the options I want, he screams over me "WITH CHEESE?" "HOW MANY" "WHAT TO DRINK" while I'm still speaking. His attitude is somewhat better at the window but he acts like he is overworked, doesn't want to be there, and can barely prepare our order in under 5 minutes when we are the only car there, and the parking lot is empty. Food is par at best, though many times the sandwiches look like they have been assembled blindly with all the toppings stacked to one side or the chicken over fried. This location could also do for a hard cleaning, they even removed the trash can from the end of the drive through due to it constantly being full and overflowing into the street. ...

Just went the drive through at 9pm on 10/21. The guy taking the order was incredibly rude. We asked for two of the same combos, one plain. The man audibly sighs and says "Ugh, yeah. Let me go back and change it. Anything else?!" He then continued to have this attitude for the entire interaction. We asked for just a moment to get our order together, and he loudly and snottily replied "Ugh. Yeah. I guess. Sure." While sighing and scoffing as hard as humanly possible. He acted like we were annoying him, holding up a line, or as if they closed soon. We were the only ones in line, and they were open till 11. This man was incredibly rude to the point that we literally just said "you know what, never mind" and left before completing our order. We could still hear him making snotty statements as we pulled away. I know working in the fast food industry can seriously suck, and nobody is excited to work customer service, but seriously, the dude was super rude and should probably not work in a...

I have given this location so many chances to be good and it just unfortunately isn’t. The food the last 2 times i’ve gotten it has definitely been sitting out for a long period of time. It was pretty much inedible ( I will say this visit today at least half our food was fresh which is something that had not occurred yet) . Then came for breakfast today at 10:08 which they close at 10:30 and i thought that was very resonable . And they told me they were “no longer making biscuits” I just don’t understand . If you serve breakfast till 10:30 i feel like service should be allowed at least until 10:15 . The people here are generally nice which is why i’ve come back a few times to give us some chances. But it seems like is going to be a consistant issues and i’ve definitely had better service at...
