Have visited a couple of times, and found that the service is considerably poor. They have an approach to business that is not very customer based. They have a way of pushing their opinions regardless of what you might be interested in. While shopping for my fiance's engagement ring they attempted to talk us out of antique rings and (oh so coincidentally) into modern and much more expensive rings, despite my fiance's clear intention of owning an antique ring. Their attitude is not at all one of ease and comfort but rather of aggressive salesmanship. When they found out I purchased her ring from another dealer they made inappropriate gestures while viewing her ring and proceeded to lecture me about how I "massively" overpaid for it and how they could have sold me the same thing for much less, despite the aforementioned fact they tried to persuade me out of the same style of ring in the first place. It is an passable business for minor things like ring resizing but I would never attempt to do major business with this establishment again. Jewelry in its nature is something that often carries sentimental or emotional value and a good staff needs to have customer sensitivity, the staff at this...
Read moreThe folks at Jewelry Gallery are so kind, knowledgeable, and gently guiding for whatever you are in the market for. They are not pushy with sales pitches nor urgency for you to make a decision day of. It feels like you are confidently purchasing a quality piece of jewelry from a quality group of people. 5 stars and 10 thumbs up for a local jewelry shop that can make you feel calm and collect while making a purchase from $100 to $10,000. I purchased my soon-to-be fiancé a promise ring from here, and then 2 years later an engagement ring (I hope she doesn’t see this review before I pop the question). It proved to me that big box stores may not always be the best route for your wallet and selection. However, a place like Jewelry Gallery is your best route for a one-of-a-kind, beautiful piece of jewelry for your loved one at a valuable and meaningful price. In addition to a staff that are committed and care about what you are purchasing, they also make your experience smooth and seamless. Thank you to Jason and the team for making these moments peaceful...
Read moreFor our 34th wedding anniversary my husband wanted to buy me a "life-time achievement" award and upgrade my ring. We started shopping in February and visited many different stores. We found the a ring we loved at a "Big Name" store. I fell in love with the look but the price was $20,000 over budget. We visited Jewelry Gallery, having had previous great experiences there, and started working with Lori Noll. I showed her a picture of the dream ring and from that point forward she worked to help us create our vision. Not only did we get the exact look of the "Big Name" store ring that I fell in love with, she helped us pick all 5 stones that were better in Cut, Carat, Color and Clarity than the ring the "Big Name" store wanted to sell us for $20K more!! I cannot believe the heirloom ring she helped us create for the amazing value! She and Jason Hunt, are very talented! I recommend if you are looking to buy a ring, save time and shop them first!! Thank you Lori and Jason for making my dreams...
