Worst experience ever. Purchased a light for dining room last July and was told it should come in approx 4 weeks. After 8 weeks still not here. I had to keep checking in. Salesman would disguise his voice to sound like someone else so he wouldn't have to talk to me. After 4 months of nothing I told them to cancel. I still had a groupon to use and by now they would only let me use my cash on the groupon. I ordered another light this time to go in a bathroom to replace a fixture. They pulled my builder paperwork of when I closed and told me I could bring in the old fixture for credit. This light did come in so I went to pick it up with other light in hand and asked for the credit now they won't honor credit because it's been 30 days since we closed. The manager Mai is one of nastiest people I have ever met. She jumps down your throat without listening to the situation. Customer is always wrong there. Worst customer service I...
Read moreI have a beautiful five light chandelier that I bought 8 years ago. It was a Murray Feiss and quite expensive. The line is now discontinued and I need to replace one of the glass shades that was broken accidentally. I called an online retail store and they said they could order the shade from Feiss but it was going to be quite expensive. I then tried a local store, Indiana Lighting, and they did not even offer to call Feiss to order it because they said the line was discontinued. I then called Westfield Lighting and Jeff in sales offered to call to see if he could order it from Feiss. Later that day, he called and said he could. It ended up cheaper than ordering it from the online retailer. I appreciated him taking the time to call the manufacturer in order to get it for me. I love the chandelier and now will get to enjoy it for many more years! Excellent...
