Very nice/helpful crew who helped me choose a great item for curbside pickup during the Pandemic, and again recently when I switched from Suorin Air Plus to Elfbar and their family of disposable vape products. This location has the best prices around, it's located right near the historic district of Westfield, and thanks again as I intend to be a regular customer!

They are always super friendly and laid back at the Westfield location and make you feel comfortable. I went in tonight and all 3 of the guys jumped in to help me restore 3 mods w/ tanks. KUDDOS to you guys... Thanks you for always making my 6 years of staying a happy Vaping Customer Indy ECigs. ;-)

Never had great interactions in there. Most shops I go to are really friendly. Of the 4 times I went in there, I felt like I was interrupting their fun 3 of those times. I hadn’t been there in awhile until this past Saturday. I ran in real quick to see if they carried my coils and they guy looked confused and just said no. I should have bought juice while I was there but it just didn’t feel like they wanted my business. So I went down the street and got my juice. We moved to Westfield two years ago but didn't find this gem of a shop until about 9 months ago much to our dismay.

The two-man crew is one of most knowledgeable yet friendliest I've met. I'm basically a complete nitwit when it comes to anything vape-related but they always answer my questions without fail.

Thank you Indy E-Cigs Westfield, it's by far one of the best Indy E-Cigs locations as well as the best vape shop in or around Indianapolis.

Excellent store. My only complaint is that they don't sell the Smok TFV8 or the replacement coils. And they don't sell the kooper primus 300watt mod. If they did sell these then they would be making a fortune since the TFV8 is the tank of the year. I don't know who their supplier is but they are missing the boat by not having the best of the best. Not going to lower the rating though. Customer service alone...
