I was a little frustrated when my client shows up at my shop with a replacement fuel hose for their Monte Carlo . The fuel line was labeled carb fuel with a few numbers which I could only contribute these numbers as stock numbers or part numbers . The most important numbers as for fuel pressure I could not recognize anything that I could contribute to how much fuel pressure the hose would withstand. I decided to take the hose back to the store myself to try to find out what I could as far as fuel pressure ratings. I asked the gentleman that I felt was a long term employee or a person in charge which I have had 35 years of experience in the automotive and truck repair service and have owned my own business all of those years with this in mind it's weird that it seems that its apparent to a person with years of experience who is in charge of the store when entering and setting your eyes on the sole who is responsible. I asked the gentleman if he would give me the fuel pressure rating on the hose my client purchased after giving them the information they would need to get the type of hose to ask for. The response I received was that the hose that they sold to my client was probably the hose we needed , that all the hose they have available has carb printed on them . I explained that fuel injection hose is what I needed and I did not feel comfortable using a hose that is stamped carb on it and not being able to give me a pressure rating I would need to return it due to the safety of my client and his Monte Carlo I could not Install the hose onto the car and be responsible for not doing the job right . I purchased a few items that I could use from the store and explained that I needed to go a different route with the parts I wanted to buy and return the hose due to not having a pressure rating available for me. I left the store feeling very confident that what I was doing as far as the repair would be completely safe and dependable. The problem I have is the attitude I received from the person I beleave was in charge at the time. I felt like I was a pain in the rump at the store for asking questions about a product that the store has sold us . I beleave the questions asked was very professional and very appropriate. I guess the attitude came from the possibility of not knowing the information I needed to know before completing the job or just didn't want to take the time to look up the information about the hose rating. I did not see any physical attempts to do so. If this was the case than I am completely confused on the standards of this stores procedures as far as servicing a client to the safest and most professional ways possible. These are the type of things that keep me from wanting to return to businesses for buying parts and causes me to recomend a different chain of auto part stores to my clients and my...

Time and time again during the week, this store is not worth the aggravation dealing with its sub standard and rude employees at the counter. The manager is a good guy, but the employees just plain suck. As a job related customer which time is money, I don't have the time or the desire to deal with the low energy and incompetent counter staff that could really give a damn about anything. They need to realize that without the customer, there is no need for them. I feel for the manager if this is all he has to work with, but the hiring standards need to be set higher. Again, sub standard service and employees are pushing the customer to go online and not patronize their local...

We went here after going to several different places looking for a spark plug for a lawn mower. Upon arriving the gentleman working asked if he could help us. Which was very helpful. The other stores they were ling lines and nobody to ask questions to. After being patient for us to find the part number he immediately found us the part. It was $14 dollars cheaper then the other places were charging and they also had in store. The other stores didn't have it and would have to order. Both men that were in there were very helpful to other customers as well that I observed. I definitely recommend giving this place a try with...
