Target — Local services in Westfield

Is it possible for me to write all of the things I have in my brain about how awesome and well-run this store is?

The employees are always friendly and helpful, and never appear or act too busy to help you out, even if you ask them a question while they're in the middle of a task.

Also, to be honest, I rarely am able to visit this store and leave with only the items I came in for. Stores want to sell their products, and you can't fault them for that. This place is really good at what they do. I find that they offer quality products, and on the rare occasion that I do need to make a return, it is always painless and hassle-free so long as you keep your receipts.

I also have to mention an employee named Janet. One December, life decided to throw me and my family a wicked curve ball. It was Christmas Eve, and I was shopping here because I was working on Santa's list, and this store was the only store that was still open late in the evening. (Yet another reason this place is so great.) After a month of seeing the worst in humanity, I wasn't exactly in the Christmas Spirit. Janet was so kind to me. She helped me find things and offered kind words. Janet--thank you for being the big-hearted person that you are. And thank you for helping me late on Christmas Eve!

This Target store and it's employees are great at EVERYTHING they do. I applaud them for being an outstanding team of people who are Always "On-Point!" The store is always clean and well-kept--shopping here is a pleasant experience. To the team of employees working here--you all...

I would give 0 star if I could. It was my first time going to this Target at Carmel and probably I won't go there again. I met a cashier and manager who are so stupid, unfriendly and unhelpful. I just asked if I can get price matched with Walmart and Amazon for a few items(I did this almost everytime during my shopping trip at other Target stores). The very unfriendly cashier who is a middle aged male didn't even let me finish my words and told me they don't do price match for clearance items. But I didn't have any clearance items in my cart! And he called the manager. The manager used a stupid scanner to scan the item and said she couldn't find this item in Walmart. I used my Walmart app to scan it and showed her the price but she insisted to use her stupid scanner. Jesus, it's just a Dove hand soap! Every store in the United States would carry it! She even searched "Dove hand soap" and there were only 2 results in her scanner in Walmart. How ridiculous. Walmart only sell 2 kinds of Dove hand soap lol. I had to cancel the whole transaction because I felt disgusting in this store and I didn't want to buy anything anymore there. I would rather go to Walmart. Target is known by its good customer service but these two stupid staff just changed my opinion, they are not qualified to work in...

BEWARE THE AT&T REPRESENTATIVES. My husband and I were approached by an AT&T representative in this store. He asked about our current phone bill, and said he could lower it. All we had to do was trade in our current phones, and we'd get brand new ones. I asked if the new phones would be on a payment plan. He said no, because we were going to be brand new customers. I asked about paying off our old phones with Sprint. He said AT&T would take care of everything. What a good deal! Come to find out, those were all lies. Got our final bill from Sprint and we owe them $1,000 to pay off our old phones. Our old phones were mailed in to AT&T for the trade in, and AT&T says they will not send them back. Our new phones are also on a 36 month payment plan. All to lower our bill $15/month...We've tried contacting the representatives at the Target store, Target customer service, Target management, AT&T stores, and AT&T customer service. Everyone basically says that it's too bad he told us that, but they can't help us. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AT&T IN A TARGET STORE. Go to the actual AT&T store if you're interested...
