Came in looking for card stock that was sparkly with a sticky backing⦠Very confusing with the different options so I went to the front where you have to do self check out⦠I noticed a single employee up there. She seemed extremely consumed doing some sort of crocheting or sewing project of Her own, as if she was at home on her sofa. This woman, I donāt know her name. She had red curly hair and a high-pitched voice, and she was literally working on a crafts project of her own totally oblivious to the customers⦠I āinterruptedā her while she was ignoring me and asked her if there was any sticky card stock that was sparkly. She said none of the card stock had sticky backing⦠Then I showed an example, and she amended her response to tell me there were some sticky vinyl backing things⦠Black-and-white sparkles⦠But sadly, she could not show me where to find the card stock because she couldnāt leave the front⦠Mind you she was literally doing NOTHING! absolute a joke! what is going on here at Michaelās Westfield!! no wonder all these crafts stores are closing!
Needless to say I quickly got in my car and hopped over across the street to Hobby...
