Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westfield

Employees were yelling at each other, being immature. Not being attentive / horse playing. Tugging each other’s arms / legs, causing an employee to slam into a machine. Three employees sitting down near the desk in the back causing a ruckus. We had to yell for attention to pay at front & get our drinks. A employee couldn’t find something in the freezer. The assumed manager saw it. Left the freezer open while yelling multiple times at Moses to come back. Than went to the back for him leaving the door open, longer than 60 secs. Than he came & grabbed it slamming the freezer shut. The restroom was in bad condition, kitchen work gloves in the sink. Along with an empty soap container in it as well. While eating our food, still hearing yelling in the kitchen. Causing everyone in the lobby to turn & watch. Will not be returning as a customer, it has gone into...

i have been to this taco bell 2 times so far. initially, the reviews had me concerned it wasn't going to be great, but someone i know had recently come here and thought the food was good, so i decided to give it a try. both times i went through the drive thru, and the employees who took my order were very chill and kind. when they gave me my food it was PIPING hot and fresh, and when i got home it was still pretty warm. the order was right and so was the food (and delicious!). i plan on returning soon, and would like to try out placing a mobile order in the drive thru. i have not been inside yet, but so far my experience with this taco bell is stupendous. :)

10/19/24: ive been here 2 more times, placing a mobile order for drive thru and placing a bigger order another time. both experiences were amazing!! food was all correct...

This location is by far the best Taco Bell location! The gentleman at this location also starts a conversation. Today my kiddo had asked for money since she seen him hand me my card back. He had asked if she wanted to see something rare she said yes. He showed her a 2 dollar bill. He told her if she could beat him in rock paper scissors she could have it. Of course she is young and has not learned that game. I received my food and he had said he put it in my bag. I told him he did not have to that. His response made me believe in kindness in the world again. He had said I felt like being kind today and what better kindness than to brighten a kids day up.
