(so we just decided to keep looking . & ended up finding it !) only came into contact with one outside staff who was called over to help since we asked for it from customer service - and she was NO help . told me to go on a website and she didn't even know the website to check if it was .com , .org etc. so we ended up leaving since my phone was on 10%... and how when half the plants aren't named ? 2 stars because they have a PERFECT customer service woman that my son and i loved !!! greatest asset to the team !!! great customer service , helpful and informative about the plants !!!    Read moreGales is one of my favorite places to go throughout the growing season. They have an enormous selection of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, fruits and vegetables for the garden and so much more to go along with it. When it comes to the yard, whether it's for entertaining purposes or landscaping purposes or just relaxing or growing things, Gales had just about anything you can think of: plants, seeds, garden furniture, accessories, bird and other wildlife food, and even a gift shop with beautiful clothing and accessories should you be looking for a special present for someone or even just you. In the fall they have a gorgeous Christmas display of so many trees and ornaments you'll feel like you're in your own Winter Wonderland, and often times they offer classes to help with whatever gardening problems or concerns or goals you have in mind. It's definitely worth getting on their email list since there's something to do there...

On top of that, for the third time now I’ve brought a plant home and found it infested with mealy bugs. I have a massive and expensive houseplant collection, and the fact that every time I’m buying from gales I’m being put at risk with a pest that could wipe out my entire collection has made me no longer a customer. You have a responsibility as a plant store to inspect your plants and make sure you aren’t selling infested products. This is the third plant I’ve bought and it’s infested. I’ve even come in and mentioned it to you guys and it’s still an issue. Buying from Gales is a risk to your plants and not one worth taking. Please do your diligence as a nursery and stay on top of these things because it’s...
