DONāT waste your time! I I moved in here April 30th 2024 so that should tell you something! They charge you and everybody in your building the same price for gas, sewer, trash, and etc.. So what they do is divide whatever the bill is by everybody in the building. Thatās your fees for the month which means one month can be more than the other vice versa. Itās not based off YOUR unit like it specifies in your lease. They come in and out your apartment when youāre NOT at home. Maintenance NEVER responds to your work orders. I wish I could give it 0 stars! PLEASE DONāT BOTHER TO EVEN REACH OUT TO BEACON MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND. The regional manager Brandy Taylor does not return calls or emails. The spam email they give you isnāt any help. If you live here I would recommend getting an attorney. The only good thing is my neighbors are very respectful and quiet ! Other than that baby run from this place. UPDATE: 9/9/25 leases renewal comes around they wanted to up the rent. I had went the whole winter w/o heat and mind you I have a 2 year old. Once I brought that up to them I had no heat and ask if they could credit something to my account instead they gave me an eviction notice and didnāt want to renew my lease ššš even with all the proof I had. Gave me an eviction notices less than 30 days before my lease was up because they didnāt want to fix the problem. THEN tried to illegally evict me and changed the locks then LIED and said it was because of an emergency once I called them out saying it was illegal to do that by law unless they took me to court after 60 days . mind you I was still in my lease and they havenāt even took me to court yet. They do so much shady stuff at this property and illegal evicts people....

I signed my lease here 03/2022 and wish I never did! I give them 2 stars because At this point my paying for a roof over my head. The lack of care the office shows for community residents is disheartening, especially April. But today was her last day (not surprised). Dayla was a nightmare. Consultant upgraded to manager by default. 0/5 stars for her. Very combative and argumentative. They moved me into a building with prior roach related issues. Yes, since moving in there have been 3 roaches in my unit (probably more that I have not physically seen). Rent increase for new residents like crazy! No amenities! Outdated kitchen and bathrooms. No central cooling/heat. No ceiling fans. No light fixtures in bedrooms. No security/buzzer system at main entry. Potholes in parking lot. No work out facility. And they includ āhall way heating feeā in your monthly utilities. Maintenance enters your unit with no consent or courtesy call. (Yes Iāve made mention MULTIPLE TIMES to notify me prior to arriving because they do not have permission to enter) and was informed itās impossible for them to notify residents. [i will attach email] They give your key to pest control workers and allow them entry to your unit (without consent-courtesy call or Maintenance escort/supervision) Save your money donāt bother calling this place āhomeā. I will be leaving an other review in the further. Canāt wait to move!

First off, when we pulled up the door was locked when I had a SCHEDULED tour like why is the leasing office closed hours before they actually close? Hours are in the front and I had to keep calling and texting saying we were outside, but the door is locked. The some guy pulled up out of nowhere and said hi then out of nowhere said āyou guys would like to tour an apartment?ā We thought he was a resident at first. Itās like maybe say you work for the office and introduce yourself better? The tour was good though and the guy was nice, so we appreciate that. But then this is where stuff got weird. Sent everything in, did an application and paid. And another lady (her name started with a J) from the leasing office called me stating āI noticed you filled out an application and if nobody hasnāt gotten back to you I would like to proceed to move forwardā and when I had my husband call her back to talk to her while I was at work she acted as if we didnāt apply yet and sent an application and when he told her we already applied and was in the process of talking to Nicole she just was like āum, okay Iāll talk to herā. Then never heard anything for days, had to keep asking about our status of our application and Nicole said we would get an email, LOL NEVER DID! and I logged into my profile and it said denied. Was still looking for that āemailā but never got one. At that point they just are taking peoples application money...
